Hermoso resort en la playa. Se desataca la calidez de atención y especialmente los chicos del kinder, excepcional atención con los niños, ideal para viajar en familia porque siempre hay actividades para todos. Los resto muy buenos pero hay que reservar todos los días porque no tienen lugar fácil, pero los chicos siempre consiguen alguna alternativa. Muy recomendable y excelente relación precio - calidad.

Si buscas excelencia, este es tu hotel. Servicio de almohadas y colchón excelente. 2 planta reformada. Servicio de mini bar y cafe/te en habitación. Iluminación completa y trato amigable.

great staff, lively atmosphere would be 5 star but watched two ladies in scooters have a fight by the pool one of them got cream squirter on them and pushed into the water and there was two old people asking me if i would like to come up to there room for some "fun"

Was hat uns gefallen? Lage: Das Hotel / die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral gelegen, so dass man von hier aus (auch zu Fuß) schnell zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten (z. B. Frauenkirche Dresden, Schlossplatz, Grüne Gewölbe, Dresdner Zwinger, Kaderale, etc.) kommt. - - - - - - Allgemein: Das Hotel macht einen wirklich guten Eindruck, es lädt auf jeden Fall zum Verweilen ein. - - - - - - Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig (groß), sehr stylisch modern eingerichtet und es gab einige Annehmlichkeiten kostenlos dabei (Getränke der Minibar). Ein Fön war ebenfalls vorhanden (befindet sich in der Schublade). - - - - - - Frühstück: Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend; da sollte eigentlich jeder Geschmack auf seine / ihre Kosten kommen. Sobald es voller wurde, wurde das "Restaurant" erweitert und die nächsten Gäste haben ebenfalls einen Platz gefunden. Es gab mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, was auch nicht in jedem Hotel üblich ist. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Was hat uns nicht so gut gefallen? Wo gäbe es Verbesserungspotenzial: Zimmer: Die Zimmertemperatur war auf 24° Grad voreingestellt. Anfangs haben dies erst gar nicht bemerkt, da waren wir nur kurz für den CheckIn drin, da wir direkt los wollten auf den Weihnachtsmarkt. Als wir dann aber zur Ruhe kamen und schlafen wollten, war es uns beiden deutlich zu warm. Nun hatten wir versucht erst die Temperatur über das Touch-Panel zu regulieren, dies hat jedoch nur bedingt funktioniert (es hat einfach viel zu lange gedauert, bis sich das Zimmer abgekühlt hätte); dann hatten wir eins der Fenster geöffnet, was deutlich zur Verbesserung beitrug, jedoch war der Straßenverkehrslärm (Kopfsteinpflaster) so immens laut gewesen, dass wir das Fenster doch wieder geschlossen haben. Obwohl die Betten vom Bequemlichkeitsgrad relativ okay waren, haben wir die Nacht - wegen der Temperatur - nicht allzu gut geschlafen und waren beiden am nächsten Morgen etwas gerädert.

My wife and I just returned from 4 nights at the Paradisus with our 15 month old son. It was really a terrific trip. We had a swim up suite, and the room was super spacious. Tons of space for us, and a crib that the hotel supplied. A new-ish, clean room. Being able to use the pool while the baby slept was clutch--and not many hotels in Punta Cana would let us book such a room with a toddler. We went in with low expectations for the food based on some reviews, but honestly it was all at least good to very good. I wouldn't expect a true culinary experience when you go--if that's what you want go elsewhere--but we never had bad food, and found plenty of variety. The best food we had was the fish, which was always very fresh and some of the better meals we had, as well as the hibachi at the Japanese restaurant. We were able to get dinner reservations each night with the help of our concierge, Franklin. He communicated with us each day via WhatsApp to get us into a restaurant we requested. The pools were chilly, but never overly busy. Tons of space. We were able to get cabanas each day, which was great for the baby. Arisleida was particularly helpful getting this set up each day. Being here with our son, this felt like the perfect spot for us. Easy, a great beach, beautiful weather, and low stress. If my wife and I had been traveling alone we likely would've liked a more elevated experience, if that's what you're looking for, but again--that's not what this trip was meat to be for us so we had a terrific time.
