Update: Edit/Update: Since writing this review, I have been contacted by the hotel management, and I truly appreciate their effort to address my concerns. They fully acknowledged the need for better communication during my wait and with the room, and I appreciate their transparency and commitment to improvement. The hotel also clarified that there was an adjustable air conditioning system in the room that I had overlooked during my stay, and they assured me that the linens adhere to strict cleaning protocols, which gives me confidence in their standards. What impressed me most was how valued my feedback was. The manager took the time to personally address my concerns and expressed a genuine commitment to enhancing the guest experience. I was also reassured that, should I choose to stay again, they would personally oversee my stay to ensure it meets expectations. Given the positive and thoughtful conversation I had with the hotel management, I would definitely consider staying at INNside by Melia again in the future. Their proactive approach has made me more open to returning, and I’m hopeful that the improvements will ensure a better experience next time. _________________________________________________ I recently stayed at INNside by Melia in Amsterdam, and while the location was great, I was very disappointed with my overall experience. When I arrived an hour early to check in, I was informed that no rooms were available, which was understandable. However, I ended up waiting in the lobby until my official check-in time at 3 PM with no follow-up, no communication about room availability, and not even an offer of something as simple as water while I waited. The staff made me feel like an inconvenience. At 3 PM, I went to check in again, only to find out there were still no rooms ready. Exhausted from a long journey, I told them I would take any room that was available, and they placed me in a handicapped-accessible room. They said it would be charged the same as my original booking, which seemed odd since it was clearly not an upgrade—if anything, it was a downgrade. When I entered the room, the TV was blasting a welcome message, which felt intrusive after such a long trip. The room itself was extremely uncomfortable. The linens smelled strongly of vinegar, making it difficult to relax, and the room was uncomfortably hot with no option for air circulation. I searched for a fan or even the ability to slightly open a window, but there was no accommodation for temperature control. Overall, I was only able to get myself to sleep for a couple hours between my two days of meetings due to the uncomfortable conditions. This was my first truly negative hotel experience, and I left feeling disappointed with both the accommodations and the service. My colleagues seemed to have a better experience, so it’s possible this was an unfortunate one-off. However, I work in a field where I recommend hotels to global partners, and based on this stay, I would not feel comfortable sending anyone here.

Hotel un po fuori dal centro di Amsterdam ma vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e della metropolitana Amsterdam sud. Quindi dall'aeroporto ci si arriva con una sola fermata di treno e con la metropolitana si raggiunge in poco tempo il centro città Al checkin personale simpatico e sorridente, ho avuto anche la fortuna di trovare una ragazza che parlava italiano che mi ha dato qualche consiglio, è inoltre possibile comprare da loro i biglietti per i mezzi pubblici (anche il giornaliero). Camera bella ma sconsigliata se viaggiate in coppia con amici in quando almeno la mia aveva la doccia in bella vista sulla camera. Inoltre andrebbe migliorata la pulizia Colazione, come un po in tutta la catena Melia c'è poca scelta di dolci inoltre qui in particolare c'era poca scelta di yogurt e altro.

I had a nice stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Amsterdam! The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making for a pleasant short-term stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Es un gran hotel. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y están equipadas con todo lo que necesitamos, incluye do secador de pelo y placha de vapor oara la ropa. Esta a muy pocos metros de la estación del metro lo que lo hace ideal para movilizarse por Ámsterdam sin pagar una fortuna por un hotel de los canales. Es una muy justa relación de precio y beneficios. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno es muy completo Lo recomiendo

Muy muy bien comunicado en general. La recepción muy amable y mucho castellano parlante. Buenos restaurantes cerca. Buena variedad de desayunos
