“Love this hotel! Right beside the station, amazing views, fantastic staff, tasty breakfast, rooms are minimalist, clean & modern with powerful walk in shower & massive comfy bed. Lovely little additions like the yoga mat, clothes steamer and proper free mini bar selection. Awesome bar on the top floor where you can also eat. Staff everywhere went out of their way to look after me. Highly recommend.”

The restaurant on the 19th floor is absolutely breathtaking. The view alone is worth it, and the food was on another level. Every single staff member there was fantastic and made the experience even more special. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious, with great quality and variety—such a perfect way to start the day. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Alexandra, the Guest Experience Manager, is honestly the most beautiful person I’ve ever met—inside and out. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. A big thank-you as well to Marcos, always super smiling and full of positive energy. All the reception staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would 100% recommend it and can’t wait to come”

“We were stuck in Amsterdam for a few days due to snow so we ended up here as a last resort. The staff were very understanding, kind, and helpful. Everybody was nice, but Son Wassenaar truly went above and beyond for us. He was patient and tried to help us as much as possible and did help us. Hotel’s location is amazing, close to the airport, near stores and restaurants.”

“It was absolutely amazing ✨ I stayed at this hotel two months ago, and I still catch myself thinking about that view. Just imagine: you fall asleep while looking at skyscrapers and city lights, almost the whole city beneath you, night traffic glowing below — a truly dreamy experience. From the very first moment, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly and professional staff who really know how to communicate and make guests feel special. They set the tone for our entire stay and honestly made our day. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to visit the rooftop restaurants, but I’m sure they’re just as amazing. I also loved the little details: the scent of the liquid soap and hand cream was perfect, and the sink area was clearly designed with girls in mind. It was such a vibe to do my makeup there — amazing Instagram-worthy lighting and plenty of space for all my beauty essentials. I was genuinely impressed. We were even provided with disposable slippers, everything was spotlessly clean, and there was a yoga mat in the room. The minibar was completely free and refilled daily — beer, juices, still and sparkling water. And yes, they even treated us to stroopwafels 🧇 An unforgettable stay. I’d come back in a heartbeat.”

“Exceeded our expectations and one of the best hotels I’ve been to! First of all the hotel is in an excellent location, it is right outside Amsterdam Zuid station where you can take the tram, metro and train and it’s only 10 minutes to reach the centre of Amsterdam and Schiphol airport too. There is an Albert Heijn supermarket, a Starbucks and plenty of restaurants and places to grab a quick bite. We also arrived 2 hours before check in at 1pm but the reception checked us in for free and gave us our room earlier which was a big plus. The hotel itself is brand new and modern inside, the room was spacious and the bed and shower were giant! Shower pressure was also fantastic! There is a TV where you can chrome cast Netflix from your phone and a free minibar which had a selection of juices and bottled water which was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the fact there were slippers, a Nespresso machine with pods, hairdryer and a clothes steamer in the room. There was a big window in the room which had a nice view out to Amsterdam south and looked pretty at night. The room came with giant black out curtains and it was very quiet at night so we had a very good nights sleep after exploring each day. We didn’t try the breakfast but at least there is the option. The rooftop bar is very nice and serves food too if you don’t want to go far and fancy having some late night drinks before retreating to bed. There is a little snack bar downstairs too if you need anything extra and don’t want to go outside. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again at any Innside Melia branches.”
