“EDIT ✍️ My family and I have stayed there for the past three years. Last year, I left an average review due to some issues during our stay. However, the manager promptly reached out and assured me he would personally address any concerns if we chose to return. We decided to give it another try, and the manager not only introduced himself but also ensured that our stay was flawless. The staff was exceptionally attentive, the hotel maintained high standards, and the room service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spotless. Everything was outstanding. We highly recommend staying here. —————————- This was our second stay at this hotel in Milan. We had chosen it as our go-to hotel for our annual family trip, based on a pleasant experience last year. However, we were surprised this time around. Upon arrival, we were kindly informed that one of our booked rooms was not ready. When it was finally prepared after a 40-minute delay, we discovered that it lacked slippers and hand wash, which may seem like minor details but collectively added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, we encountered issues with the TV during our stay. Despite seeking assistance at the reception, the problem persisted even after the security personnel tried their best to resolve it. The reception assured us that an engineer would fix it the next day, but the issue remained unresolved throughout our entire stay, from Monday to Sunday. While most of the staff members were friendly and understanding whenever we raised this concern, on two occasions, some tried to shift the blame onto us, suggesting that the problem was our preference for channels in different languages, which was entirely untrue. Our last interaction with the reception staff (a woman) during check-out was particularly disappointing (this happened today 28/05 at around 11:30am). When asked about our stay, we replied with a simple "okay." However, upon noticing the TV-related comments on their computer, the staff member rudely emphasized that the only available channels were the ones on the TV and refused to address our concerns. Despite our attempts to explain that the issue was with the static and not the channels, even enlisting the help of the exceptional security personnel to clarify in Italian, her attitude remained terrible, and we eventually gave up. Overall, the rooms were clean and pleasant, the breakfast was satisfactory, and the location was decent, although we would have preferred a closer proximity to the shopping streets. While most of the staff made an effort to be helpful, this last encounter overshadowed our overall experience. However, we must commend the outstanding security personnel who understood our dissatisfaction and took the time to speak with us, even assisting us with our luggage. He truly went above and beyond, and we believe he deserves recognition for his exceptional service. Additionally, we suggest that the restaurant serve dishes instead of tapas, but that's just a minor suggestion for improvement.”

“I am intrigued by this hotel and havent stayed there. Am planning to but there was a problem booking and all my emails (3 of them) were not answered and it has been weeks. My review is only on the pre-booking communication part of this hotel. I hope the manager can respond to me soon. Thank you!”

“I arrived on a rainy day in Milano and was given a very warm welcome by the reception staff. An early check-in was also possible so I did not have to wait upon my early arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable and there was everything you would need for a short stay. I was quite impressed. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast though. Actually after seeing the very positive reviews about the breakfast I might have expected something special, however, it still was good and offered everything to start your day right.”

“Complessivamente hotel di buon livello in ottima posizione e con personale gentile e disponibile Colazione non a livello degli altri servizi dell’hotel in particolare per la scarsa attenzione alle persone celiache ma questo è un difetto comune a quasi tutte le strutture in Italia”

“Hotel molto carino, pulito e moderno. Camera “Studio room” molto luminosa, moderna, confortevole con tutto ciò che necessita e ben arredata. Personale disponibile, colazione ottima e variegata sia salata che dolce. Consigliato anche per la posizione a 6 minuti dalla stazione”

“He venido por trabajo unos días a Milán. ⬆️ - El servicio fue muy amable conmigo desde el principio. Casi todos hablaban español. El chico colombiano fue muy amable conmigo. No me quedé con los nombres, perdón. Incluso solicité cambiar a una planta más alta y me la dieron sin problema. - la habitación tiene muchísima luz (planta 10). - colchón ideal para dormir. - silencio absoluto de noche. - desayunos completos. Y suerte tener una chica en cafetería que sabía cómo nos gusta el café a los españoles (chica rubia argentina, también muy amable siempre. Le mando un saludo). - la ducha MA RA VI LLO SA ⬇️ - La tele no funcionaba, aunque tampoco la veo. Suele estar en italiano. - la nevera no enfriaba, pero tampoco había falta pq hacia mucho frío esos días. - no es céntrico, pero no era importante tampoco. Aunque tiene la estación central muy cerca.”

“Innside by Melia in Milan offers a delightful stay with spacious rooms, boasting a lovely interior and unique disposable clothes and bath ropes. While there are no smoking rooms or a smoking terrace, guests can easily step outside for a smoke. However, the parking access is a bit complicated and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. “< 체크아웃 후 리뷰 수정 > 이 호텔의 별점을 2점에서 3.5점으로 상향합니다. 그들은 두번째 날 우리에게 사과하고 파노라믹 뷰가 있는 로프트룸으로 방을 변경해주었습니다. 로프트룸의 환기 및 냄새는 개선이 필요할 것으로 보이지만 그 방의 뷰는 훌륭했으며 투숙객을 만족시키기 위한 그들의 노력은 감동적이었다. < 체크인 직후 리뷰 > 고객의 요청을 반대로 처리해주는 호텔. 우리는 우리의 신혼여행을 밀라노에서 마무리하기 위해 이 호텔의 스튜디오를 2박 예약했다. 처음 예약할 때 및 예약 컨펌 시에 신혼여행이라는 점과 스튜디오 중 뷰가 좋은 방을 배정해주었으면 한다는 점을 전달했다. 하지만 밤늦게가 아닌 오후 4시반경 체크인을 했음에도 불구하고 인터넷이 정말 안될뿐더러 거리를 지나가는 행인과 아이컨택이 가능할 정도로 전망이 좋지 않은 1층의 스튜디오를 배정받았다. 1박만 1층의 스튜디오에서 하고 다음날이라도 다른층의 스튜디오로 옮기길 희망한다고 하자 그렇다면 돈을 더 내야 한다는 안내를 받았다. 내가 그렇다면 모든 스튜디오 타입 방은 1층에 있는 것이냐고 묻자 그것은 아니라고 하며 그렇다면 같은 스튜디오 타입 방 중에서 이동이 가능한지를 다음 날 다시 체크해보겠다고 했다. 만약 모든 스튜디오 타입 방이 1층이나 극단적으로 저층에 위치해있는 것이라면 그들은 객실 타입별 정보를 설명하는 페이지에 해당 사실을 명시해놓았어야 한다고 생각한다. 스튜디오 객실이 이 정도 저층에 있는 것을 알았더라면 나는 더 작더라도 고층에 있는 방을 예약했을 것이다. (그런 방은 심지어 더 저렴하다!) 또한 예약시 숙박비를 모두 결제하였음에도 불구하고 체크인시 숙박비가 결제되지 않았으므로 숙박비를 지급해야 한다는 안내를 받고 매우 당황했었다.(다행히도 이는 프론트 직원의 착오인 것으로 밝혀져 정정되었다.) (Review after check-out) I am raising this hotel's rating from 2 to 3.5 stars. They apologized to us on the second day and changed our room to a loft room with panoramic view. The loft room's ventilation and smell may need improvement, but the view from the room was great and their efforts to satisfy guests were impressive. (Review after check-in) A hotel that reverses customer requests. We booked a studio at this hotel for two nights to end our honeymoon in Milan. When making the first reservation and confirming the reservation, I informed them that it was a honeymoon and that I would like them to assign me a room with a good view in the studio. However, even though I checked in around 4:30 PM instead of late at night, I was assigned a studio on the first floor, which not only did not have internet access (seriously, this hotel's wifi is terrible), but the view was so poor that I could barely make eye contact with passers-by. When I said I wanted to stay in the studio on the first floor for one night and move to a studio on another floor the next day, I was informed that I would have to pay more. When I asked if all studio-type rooms were on the first floor, he said no and said he would check again the next day to see if it was possible to move among the same studio-type rooms. If all studio type rooms are located on the first floor or extremely low floors, I think they should have stated that on the page explaining each room type. If I had known that studio rooms were on this low a floor, I would have booked a room on a higher floor, even if it was smaller. (Such rooms are even cheaper!) In addition, even though I had paid for the entire lodging fee at the time of reservation, I was very confused when I was informed that I had to pay the lodging fee because it had not been paid at check-in. (Fortunately, this turned out to be an error by the front desk staff and was corrected.)”

“Because it is a hotel of Meliá we expected more from it. It’s really a basic hotel. Has nothing spectacular. The breakfast was basic, coffee was cold, eggs not welled cooked.”

“Preis Leistungs Verhältnis Top. Lage perfekt in der Nähe vom Milano Centrale. Schneller und unkomplizierter Check-in, zimmer für eine Stadt wirklich gross. Die Zimmer sind auch modern und sauber. Betten bequem (harte Matratze). Im 12. Stock einen tollen Ausblick. Gerne wieder”

“Very good, clean modern hotel, in excellent location 5 mins walk to Milano Centrale. My family and I had 2 great days in Milan which was significantly helped by the lovely reception staff who provided a lovely warm greeting, maps with recommendations on restaurants and great areas of Milan to visit and wander around. Reception staff were also very helpful in allowing us to check in early. Really sorry I can't remember all names but Davide and his colleague/friend from Brindisi were very friendly, funny and helpful and the young woman who checked us in was again very helpful and kind, sorting maps and tips.Breakfast was very good. Our only small complaint, hopefully constructive, is the automatic coffee machine wasnt producing good coffee during our visit. This was a minor issue and looks like you can get a hand made coffee behind the bar. Really looking forward to returning to Milano for a longer stay and hopefully will stay in both Melia hotels in this beautiful city.”

“Great hotel. Modern style, really loved the bathroom which included a bidet. Unfortunately our shower had a pretty bad water stain, but that was my only major complaint. The bed was soo comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was amazing too, with good food options, cooked really well. Reception staff were really friendly. Did experience an issue with someone entering our room (after maid service had arrived) so ensure to lock your doors properly. It’s super close to central Milan station, just a short walk away, you can get the metro to Duomo in 10mins. I would’ve given this hotel 5 stars if they had a tea/coffee station in the room and there was no stain in the shower. If I ever come back to Milan, I’m definitely staying here again.”

“밀라노 중앙역에서 도보로 5분거리입니다. 호텔이 높은 빌딩에 있기때문에 찾기 쉬워요. 방은 아주 밝고 깨끗합니다. 12층 방이었는데 전망이 아주 훌륭했어요. 바닥도 마루라 너무 좋아요. 냉장고 안 음료수 무료입니다. 샤워실과 화장실 세면대가 분리되어 있어요. 조식은 오믈렛이나 즉석 요리는 없습니다. 제가 묵었던 시기에 요금이 부근 날짜에 비해 너무 비쌌어서 별 하나 뺐습니다. (디자인워크시즌)”
