Reviews of INNSiDE New York NoMad

We went to NY for fashion week. The hotel was very lively. It took a minute for me to be able to check in. I wasnt offered to spin the wheel (if you're a member). When I brought it up later the girl dismissed it. However when I was leaving a different girl apologized and made it up to me. A lot of the staff is very friendly. They dont have parking,but one is a couple blocks away. Unfortunately walking is not an option when you have a dog and luggage, so if you're going solo take that into consideration. I just ended up ubering back and forth. Its super pet friendly. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant downstairs and they even have a dog menu! The rooms were large and clean. Saya was provided with a pet bed,bowls and snacks! Its not sound proof, but it wasnt that mad. The bed was comfy. The area was great. (Pizza,delis,coffee and matcha shop all within close walking distance) Would definitely stay again

Overpriced for what you get. Front desk staff are courteous and welcoming, but are sure to drive home that their amenity fee is ‘Mandatory’. I heard it at least three times while checking in. These fees are a sign of the times as hotels force customers to pay more for things that have traditionally been included. Times must be tough. Housekeeping never attended to my room during my stay. Beds are starting to show their age. I’ve had better stays in NYC, but certainly have had worse.

Our recent stay at the Innside New York left much to be desired. The breakfast was quite disappointing -limited options, only one beverage allowed per guest, and slow service that really affected our mornings. Additionally, we experienced a delay of over an hour to check into our room. Initially, we were offered a room that had just been painted, which wasn’t suitable due to the strong smell. After expressing our concerns, we were moved to another room, but it was a queen bed instead of the king bed we had booked. This was not what we expected. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, but in such cases, a room upgrade might have been a more appropriate solution rather than a downgrade. Despite these issues, the staff did their best. However, given the high cost of our stay, it was a disappointing experience overall.
