Highly recommended. Big room size for Manhattan, and they kindly let me check in early after arriving off a 9am flight. Modern and spacious rooms, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I was on the second floor, which was a little dark and no view, but my priority was to get some rest on the day of arrival so I was grateful they could get me into a nice albeit lower-floor room well before check in time. Thanks! I look forward to returning.

I booked myself into INNSiDE last minute after a truly negative experience in a nearby hotel. INNSiDE had everything that the other hotel was not: pristine, large-sized, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed, available and excellent staff, safety (key card required for use of elevator), a restaurant for those wanting one (but easy walk to Starbucks and other cafes), central location close to MTA, walking distance from Penn Station, making getting to the airport a breeze. When I booked at 10 PM to leave the lack of safety and noise at my other hotel, the staff got me into a quiet room immediately and welcomed me when I arrived. I was so grateful and will stay here again.

Dates 10-12/05 PROS Location, very close to the 1 line and central Rooms are very nice, as Platinum I got upgraded and the room was excellent Nice touch with the welcome chocolates and complimentary drinks Miley (not her real name) at breakfast was super polite and very friendly, she could teach a thing or two to her colleagues about hospitality Gym looked good even though I didn’t use it CONS Food at breakfast was ok, was expecting better Reception team overall needs training, quite amateurish Upon arrival, some junior person had the audacity to charge me $50 per night as a “facility fee” (?!) which I obviously challenged and got removed since it’s stated nowhere on the booking confirmation. That, in itself, warrants 1-star. Apparently it’s to cover things like the gym, WiFi and other basic things you ASSUME should be part of the hotel booking fee. Very dodgy. Going back to the junior at the desk, clearly had not enough training to handle the situation and lied about the manager not being there. The breakfast team also needs training as with a relatively busy floor, they don’t use common sense to optimize for space and some dude in a suit clearly felt too big time to actually help and pointed to his colleague instead which was quite inept.
