“Increíble experiencia el pasado fin de semana. No estábamos hospedados en el hotel, pero, sin duda, la próxima vez iremos allí. Fuimos el viernes por la noche al bar, dando un paseo y conocimos a parte del equipo, Iroel nos animó a tomar algo en el bar, El patio, y conocimos a Jesús. El domingo.... decidimos ir al chiringuito que tienen en la playa.... comimos allí y nos encantó la experiencia!! Pedimos una fritura y un arroz, y ambos estaban realmente buenos. Se nota el cuidado en la cocina y la calidad del producto. A veces crees que un restaurante con tanta gente y hora punta es difícil comer.... pero fue increíble! trajeron primero lo de mi hijo pequeño, y eso se agradece.
Pero si la comida nos gustó, el servicio hizo que la experiencia fuese todavía mejor. Queremos agradecer la atención de Carla e Iker, de nuevo Iroel con su impecable sonrisa , Antonio y Bea en sala, siempre atentos, cercanos y pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. También una mención para Filip, en cocina, porque los platos hablaban por sí solos.
Da gusto encontrar un equipo así, amable, cercano... verdadera sensación de acogida. Sin duda, volveremos.

An incredible experience last weekend. We weren't staying at the hotel, but we'll definitely go there next time. We went to the bar on Friday night while out for a stroll and met some of the team. Iroel encouraged us to have a drink at the bar, El Patio, and we met Jesús. We were impressed by how quickly he worked, without ever losing his friendliness and excellent service. IMPECCABLE!
On Sunday... we decided to go to their beach bar... we ate there and loved the experience!! We ordered fried fish and rice, and both were really good. You can tell the care they take in the kitchen and the quality of the ingredients. Sometimes you think it would be difficult to get a table at a restaurant with so many people and at peak times... but it was amazing! They brought my youngest son's food first, which was much appreciated.
But if we liked the food, the service made the experience even better. We want to thank Carla and Iker for their hospitality, and once again Iroel with his impeccable smile. Antonio and Bea in the dining room were always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. A special mention also goes to Filip in the kitchen, because the dishes spoke for themselves.
It's a pleasure to find such a friendly and welcoming team... a truly warm and welcoming experience. We will definitely be back.”

Las instalaciones ok pero nada del otro mundo... la presión de la ducha muy floja, las camas cómodas.
En cuanto al servicio, un poco de todo. Algunos trabajadores muy atentos, amables y serviciales y otros no tanto... destacar a Diego de servicio habitaciones (buggy) y Gonzalo en el restaurante. La responsable de Customer Experience muy amable y atenta también.”

“We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and overall, it continues to be an excellent place for a family vacation. The food is consistently of high quality, the staff are friendly and always willing to help, and the kids’ club is truly outstanding. The tennis court offers great options, and the proximity to the beach and the quality of the swimming pool make the experience even more enjoyable. This July 2026 will be our fifth time booking a vacation here since 2022, which reflects how much we value the hotel and its services.
However, there is one recurring issue that prevents me from giving a full five-star rating: the lack of clear enforcement of the smoking policy. While smoking is officially prohibited in areas such as the swimming pool, in practice this rule is not consistently enforced. As a result, guests are sometimes exposed to smoke even while relaxing by the pool sun beds or at nearby loungers, which is particularly unpleasant—especially for families with children.
A similar situation occurs on the restaurant terrace, where breakfast and dinner are often served. Some guests assume smoking is permitted there, leading to situations where diners are unexpectedly exposed to cigarette smoke during their meals. This creates discomfort for non-smokers and can lead to unnecessary tension between guests when the rules are unclear or not enforced.
In my opinion, this issue stems from a lack of clear communication and enforcement. Staff members, including pool lifeguards, do not appear to intervene, which can create confusion and, at times, awkward confrontations between customers.
I believe the hotel could easily improve this aspect by:
Clearly defining designated smoking and non-smoking areas
Installing more visible signage
Ensuring consistent enforcement of the policy by staff
This would greatly enhance the experience for both smokers and non-smokers, allowing everyone to enjoy their stay without discomfort.
Despite this concern, we genuinely enjoy this hotel and intend to continue returning. We hope that Melia will address the smoking policy internally, as this improvement would elevate the overall experience to a full five-star standard.”
