Schön, sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit

Melia Frankfurt is a new, exceptionally clean hotel with a spacious reception area and helpful staff. The minimalist, clean design with sharp lines and some greenery plants a modern atmosphere. The rooms are immaculately clean – definitely one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately, three issues affected our rating. Firstly, when booking, we had the impression that breakfast was included, as indicated online, but at check-in, we found out it wasn’t. For the price of €130 per night, this was disappointing. Secondly, there was an emergency light in the hallway that couldn’t be turned off, which made the night a bit less comfortable. Also the staff entered our room three times while we were inside while we had the do no disturb sign out… On the bright side, the sauna area was a real highlight: very clean, modern, and offering a fantastic view over Frankfurt. Overall, it’s a great hotel with the potential to achieve 5 stars with a few adjustments. We look forward to a smoother stay on our next visit!

Perfect for the exhibition at a rate of 200 approx euros. New, comfortable with a horrible lobby and a very stupid automatic lift system. The food I cannot recommend it but it is a perfect option to stay during the exhibition.

Great hotel, very modern and check in and out was simple. Clean room and also clean bedding and towels. Great view of Frankfurt from my higher floor room Only downside was breakfast at the weekend doesn’t start until 7am but I was leaving at 6 to go to the airport. No early hour breakfast service was out and when I went down there to see, I was told off as it wasn’t open. Even though I had paid for this in my room stay.

정말 좋았습니다. 깔끔한 방과 세련된 가구들. 멋진 로비와 레스토랑. 조식 뷔페도 정말 훌륭했습니다. 번잡한 지역을 조금 벗어나 있어서 조용했지만 대중 교통 수단을 이용하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만 주차 요금이 조금 비쌌습니다. 다음 기회가 된다면 꼭 한번더 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.
