Každý den nás s velikým úsměvem na tváři vítali Eralt a Adel. Děkuji i za jejich velmi kladný přístup a velmi mile chování k mému synovi Adamkovi. Každý den jsme se na ne moc těšili. ☺️

Currently staying at the hotel with all inclusive package but not everything is part of it which is a bit misleading… This is my only negative review. All the rest is great, WiFi very good, food quality great and hotel very new and beautiful

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and I can't recommend it enough, especially if you opt for the all-inclusive Level package. The variety of food and restaurants was impressive, offering a delicious range of options to suit every taste. The staff were fantastic, a special shout-out to Keos at the Level Pool Bar 2, who made our experience there truly memorable. His service was outstanding and added that extra special touch to our stay. The spa was another highlight, with its many room options creating a wonderfully relaxing experience. However, I was a little disappointed with the manicure and pedicure. It didn’t feel very professional having my nails blowed on and unfortunately it resulted in quick chipping, which was a bit of a letdown. The hotel could benefit from better on-site shops—perhaps some jewelry stores or a place to buy snacks. Overall, we had a remarkable time and are already planning to come back. Thanks to the amazing staff and facilities for making our stay unforgettable!

Me ha encantado, es un sitio precioso, por mejorar añadiria algo más de actividad, por ejemplo en el beach bar porque a las 23 estaba todo practicamente muerto. Tampoco recomendaría las excursiones de new blue, el primer dia hicimos durres, un trayecto que de normal son unos45 minutos fueron casi 2 h porque iban recogiendo a gente de todos los hoteles, fuimos los primeros en entrar y ultimos en salir, la excursión de Kruja+tirana fue decepcionante, en Tirana solo vimos el restaurante y las tiendas... No merece la pena las horas de transporte en un bus que no tiene ni baño, para lo que es la visita.

Lovely! Spent a week here for a meeting. The conference service was flawless with ideal facilities. And I can’t imagine a better way to wind down after a day meetings than in the infinity rooftop pool with a drink in my hand while watching the sunset! Everywhere we went the service was incredible. Could not have had a nicer server than Alkeo!
