“I cannot but say that I had an incredible time at Meliá Durrës Albania. Honestly, if I had my way, I would be coming here every three months just to escape life’s stress. From the very moment we stepped into the resort, the reception we received was outstanding. The welcome was warm and genuine. Every single staff member was amazing, from reception to concierge, the restaurant and bar teams, and housekeeping. They were especially lovely to our kids, which made the experience even more special for us as a family. The environment? Spotless! From the glasses used to serve drinks to the cutlery and everything was immaculate. The attention to detail from housekeeping was faultless. The kids’ club (for children aged and above) is highly commendable. You can comfortably leave your children(5 years and above) while you relax, knowing they are in safe and attentive hands. The staff truly pay attention to detail. Age 1-5 have to be supervised by their parents or an adult. The pool was crystal clear. The towels, bathrooms, and especially the dressing rooms were all immaculately clean. And the food? Absolutely delicious, yummy and full of flavor! What amazed me most was how the restaurant staff consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay. You can genuinely tell they want you to be comfortable. The rooms are high-tech, and the views are exceptional. I was particularly impressed with the beach view, the outdoor pool area, and the sports bar. The spa? Simply flawless. There are also so many daily activities and there’s never a dull moment. I’m taking my time to write this because I truly cannot hide how happy and satisfied I am with my experience. The buffet offers such a wide variety, whatever you want is there, and if it’s not, just ask! They’ve got you covered. I had an amazing time and genuinely cannot fault anything. I’m beyond impressed and extremely happy. also had an amazing experience at DUKA Winery & Vineyard, where we learned how their wine is made from start to finish. It was such a great and insightful experience! Guess what? Lunch was on DUKA! We even enjoyed a lovely boat trip, which made the day extra special. They arranged a cab from our resort down to the winery, so everything was smooth and stress-free. The people we met were incredibly welcoming and genuinely caring, it truly made the whole experience unforgettable. We also got to experience the rooftop, which was highly recommended by the concierge and it did not disappoint! The view from the top was second to none… absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax, take it all in, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.”
