The biznaga flower, with its captivating fragrance, is as emblematic in Malaga as the sparkling waters that wash its coasts, the spectacular white villages that adorn its landscape or the delicious fried fish that delights its visitors.

The jasmine bouquet that has traditionally decorated the streets of the capital of the Costa del Sol is still made using the same manual technique of the street vendor, the biznaguero, who begins producing them long before the arrival of summer. Malaga is the only place in Europe where this marvel of Mediterranean craftsmanship survives, and thanks to the joint work of craftsmen and the significant symbolism it has with the city, it never goes out of fashion.
