Il punto di forza è il personale, attento, amichevole e professionale. In particolare il metre Domenico e il personale delle colazioni, veramente molto buone e assortite; oltre al personale della recepcion: David, Alvaro e Antonella, che ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia rispondendo ad ogni nostra esigenza. Volvimos a descansar al hotel y la habitación estaba sin hacer aa las cuatro y media de la tarde, hasta las cinco y media de la tarde no pasaron a hacerla. No tienen entretenimiento ni show por la noche.Ni juegos para entretenerse de mesa como el parchis, el domino o cualquier otro juego. Para la vuelta al aeropuerto verificó mi hora para que me llevara al aeropuerto el bus de melia.¡llego a mi hora y se ha ido sin verificar los usuarios que habían concertado ! Me dice la chica que no hay otro bus hasta 1 hora después, así que no llego a mi vuelo. me tengo que buscar la vida por mi cuenta.,poco simpática y un poco rancia la recepcionista.
