(Translated by Google) We stayed the weekend of March 14th, passing through on a full-board basis, and left having already booked a whole week for this summer, because the experience was incredible. The entire staff was super friendly and attentive. The hotel was very nice, the room was renovated and spacious. And the buffet was excellent, with great attention to detail. We loved everything, in general, but I want to mention two people: Ramón, the waiter in the dining room—it had been a long time since I'd seen someone so passionate about their job (he was always recommending things to us and making sure we had everything we needed, but also giving us our space... I don't know, he's a pro at what he does) and Fran, the chef on the grill that Saturday night—he practically convinced us to come back in the summer with more family members. He was also a kind and attentive man. By the way, you served great scallops on Saturday; they were amazing with the green sauce! 🫢 See you in July!

The rooms, services and food here are all great. Parking is an extra payment of €12 a night. From what I can see we picked a hotel where it’s difficult to walk to shops or bars but don’t take my word for it it’s only my first morning here. Staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s nice as long as you can drive.

5/5

No merece la pena (Translated by Google) A family-friendly resort hotel with excellent value for money, it stands out for its entertainment program for children and adults, large swimming pool, and comprehensive facilities. FACILITIES: Everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel, a spacious reception area with sofas and a work area. The gym is quite well-equipped, although some machines need maintenance or replacement, and it gets quite busy early in the morning. Having to pay €16 per day for parking is a rip-off considering the room rates. You can park on the street leading to the hotel, but you might have to walk a bit. GUESTS: Primarily French, German, and British during the off-season; in summer, Spanish and French guests predominate. Families with children are the most common guests in the summer. Weekends see a noticeable influx of groups and families taking full advantage of the all-inclusive package. ENTERTAINMENT: Undoubtedly the best feature of the hotel, a motivated and dedicated team, most of whom return year after year. Among the entire team, Sara and Elena truly shine, not only as professional dancers but also for their spark, joy, and spontaneity, which motivate everyone to participate in the activities. The evening shows (especially the musicals) are simply breathtaking. The registration process at the mini club could be improved. Each day, they collect the same information on paper, resulting in queues of 5 to 10 minutes. This could be expedited by simply recording the same information from previous days in an Excel spreadsheet. The mini club's afternoon hours are somewhat limited, only from 3 to 4 pm. They could offer the option of watching a movie. DINING: There are two spacious restaurants with the same buffet menu, one of which is exclusive to all-inclusive guests, which is well worth it. The food quality is quite good, with a wide variety and a daily changing menu. During peak hours, you might have to wait for a table or there might be a short queue for food, but nothing too bad. The restaurant staff are very friendly and efficient. In addition to the two buffet restaurants, there's another one that serves snacks when the buffets close, and a Mexican restaurant in the evening. The pool bar is quite busy. The only beer they offer is Cruzcampo, which is a real nuisance for guests from outside Andalusia. POOL: The best: large size, with a secondary pool that's supposed to be quieter. Very lively with the aquagym, especially when Sara or Elena are leading it. The worst: the state of the grass is deplorable, and management does nothing to fix it. It's impossible to maintain natural grass in good condition with the wear and tear it endures (see photos); they should replace it with artificial turf in the high-traffic areas. Eventually, muddy patches form, which ends up clouding the pool water, since few guests shower or wash their feet before entering. The lifeguards, young men who aren't even 20 years old, are mere statues who only get up from their chairs to hand out towels. They don't pay attention to small children or tell off those who disturb other guests with their games. Although it's theoretically prohibited, many guests arrive early to reserve the best sunbeds, making it difficult to find a good spot after 9:00 AM. They should monitor this and remove towels, as some sunbeds remain reserved without guests for almost the entire day. ROOMS: The best: spacious and mostly renovated, with quite comfortable beds. The worst: the TV could be larger. It takes quite a while to get from the main building (8 floors) to the restaurants and pool. The elevator system needs improvement; there are three elevators with separate calls, which means many people call all three and get on the first one that stops, causing the elevators to stop on every floor. BEACH: You won't come to this hotel for its beach. Lots of rocks and seaweed on the shore; it's impossible to enter the water without water shoes. It's not worth it.
