“Highly recommend this hotel! I stayed for one night as I had a long layover in Madrid and was so wonderfully surprised by service, facilities, and food & beverage. Eduardo with the bell team was at our car immediately assisting with our luggage. Super polite & friendly! We didn’t have to touch a bag. Then at check in Adrian was a star! I had received notice prior to arriving that my flight was very delayed and he kindly extended a very late check out for a very fair price! He was also able to get us 2 rooms nearby as I was traveling with my parents. He was so polite, professional and empathetic. What really surprised me the most was the Food & Beverage! I was not expecting to have such high quality F&B in an airport hotel. We started with a caña at the bar, which came with delicious little snacks. We then decided to have dinner at Trasluz restaurant, and enjoyed our dinner so much we decided to have lunch there the next day! Everything we ate was incredible. Great wine selection as well. I could go on and on about how wonderful every interaction was. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at Four Seasons, Rosewoods, Waldorf Astorias, and the level of this hotel is right up there. Also the room was extremely clean and very comfortable with little extras like a clothes steamer that worked really well.”
