“We just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff in the very early morning hours of 06Oct2026. Our flight was cancelled going to EWR so we were left stranded for hours. After going from Hotel to Hotel through out the night we finally got to INNSiDE by Meliá. Many of the hotels were fully booked but they were able to accommodate us last minute due to a cancellation at 0300. I was with my wife and my 4 year old son going through all of Madrid trying to find a place for us to stay for the night and the staff was so warm and helpful. Please let them know our gratitude. We were able to have a safe warm bed for our son to sleep and give him a fresh shower in the morning. The ammnemities and service offered by here was amazing. Thank you again everyone. I wish I got your names to thank you both personally, but please know your kindness here in Madrid will never be forgotten. Cheers!”

“We loved the hotel! Super new, comfy, fun and friendly staff. The gym is amazing! We were disappointed when arriving and pool was unavailable for the season. And the free shuttle they offer, only goes to terminal 4, if we knew this in advance we would’ve chosen a different hotel. Other than that, the hotel was perfect. Super comfy beds.”

“Estuve alojado en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy buena de principio a fin. Lo primero que destacaría es la amabilidad del personal: todo el mundo con quien traté fue muy atento y agradable. La habitación era amplia, moderna y muy cómoda, con una cama increíblemente agradable. Dormí como un tronco. 😴 El baño también es espacioso y cuenta con una ducha grande. Además, en la nevera dejan agua y zumos Minute Maid que reponen diariamente, un detalle que se agradece mucho. También me regalaron unos caramelos de miel que, por cierto, estaban buenísimos. El desayuno es muy variado, con bastantes opciones para elegir y productos tanto dulces como salados. Otro de sus grandes puntos a favor, especialmente si estás de paso por Madrid, es la lanzadera gratuita entre el aeropuerto y el hotel. El trayecto dura aproximadamente 7 minutos. Para el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto hay que reservar previamente, pero el servicio resulta muy cómodo. En conjunto, una estancia estupenda: habitación confortable, muy buen desayuno, personal encantador y una ubicación muy práctica para el aeropuerto. Volvería sin dudarlo.”
