“Alojarse en este hotel es un lujo de mil estrellas. Estuvimos alojados el primer fin de semana de mayo para celebrar mi cumpleaños y solo puedo decir decir que fue toda una experiencia compartir con ellos este día. Desde que entras el personal sabe cómo tratar con cercanía y calidad. En recepción la eficiencia y buen hacer se nota nada más llegar, la habitación es espectacular, destacar la limpieza y buen mantenimiento tanto de la habitación como de los espacios comunes. En cuanto a la restauración no sólo la comida es extraordinaria, las instalaciones te hacen vivir una experiencia única. Quiero aprovechar para destacar que es un hotel de 5 estrellas que realmente lo vale pero su capital humano en este hotel es realmente lo más valioso. Destacar el trato recibido por el jefe de calidad, Abel que nos hizo disfrutar de la estancia, Rafael el mozo, muy atento y amable. Además destacar el buen trato recibido por parte de Isabel y Estelle de recepción y de Pablo de animación.
