“My family and I have just completed a 5 night stay at this stylish hotel. The staff make the hotel what it is. Very welcoming, polite, and just happy to make our stay as pleasant as possible. In particular I’d like to thank Débora and the staff in HINCHA restaurant. They work long hours and are just pleasant and helpful throughout the day. The rooms were spotless clean, and the cleaning staff were constantly in and out, replenishing used towels, cleaning and preparing our room during turndown. The rooftop bar and pool area is quite small, 10 tightly packed sun loungers and a small pool. Probably an oversight on our behalf, but is not ideal for a family and more so for couples. Again staff were excellent up here. Breakfast was fantastic, very good quality food and coffee. Having stayed in other Melia hotels in Ibiza and throughout Spain we would expect no different, as it has been consistent throughout. Overall enjoyable stay and would certainly come back.”

Lo que tengan un balón de oro en su recibidor creo que hace más gala a su personal, las comodidades del hotel, o la calidad de Hincha, más que por el fútbol de Messi. Gracias a todos. “MIM Sotogrande is a wonderful boutique hotel in a top-class marina location. The refurbishment has been done brilliantly — stylish, relaxed and high quality without feeling overdone. Hincha is a real standout. For me, it is the best restaurant in the area and, along with Cancha Dos, one of the strongest venues in Sotogrande. The rooftop is also excellent: probably the best rooftop experience locally, with great drinks and a menu by Hincha. Breakfast has a relatively limited choice, but the quality is superb — very much best in class rather than a big generic buffet. The only slight negative was that service on the rooftop was a little slow, although it was busy and the staff were clearly working hard. Overall, it is hard to think of a better boutique-style hotel in the area. It is probably more suited to couples or solo stays than a full family holiday, but for style, food, drinks and location, MIM Sotogrande is excellent.”더 많은 리뷰 보기
