“Three of us (2 adults and 1 child) really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel, which is in a perfect location. The breakfast was the best we have ever seen (except for Turkish hotels) with a big selection of very delicious items. Staff were extremely pleasant to deal with. The room felt pretty spacious for three people. Even though our windows faced the rail road we barely heard any sounds. The bed sheet quality was out of this world. And we had an amazing sleep. “From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely cared for. Even when there was an issue with our corporate payment, the front desk went above and beyond to help, eventually welcoming us into our room while everything was being resolved. They even surprised us with an upgrade to an incredible high-floor view, a complimentary drink, and a lovely spa bonus. Everyone was exceptionally kind, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the hospitality truly made our stay special. “A clean and cosy hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the 16th floor. The hotel is well maintained and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The only downsides were that the pillows were quite firm, and the breakfast could have offered a greater variety of options.
