Hay que destacar la animación que tiene el hotel, son todos super amables y divertidos, en especial Dani, Charlie y Noemí. Nos lo hemos pasado súper bien con ellos. Los doy un 10 "INSUPERABLES"!!! También comentar que hay seguridad en el hotel y están muy pendientes.

Meravigliosa

This review is going to be as honest and to the point as it gets. We stayed here for 10 night all inclusive. First night of staying we went out onto the strip for a few drinks and food, within meters of walking onto the strip we had multiple lucky lucky men trying to sell you “Charlie” and take you to the “coffee shops”, some being quite aggressive, the same night we were also mugged on the strip for my iPhone 15 pro max along with 100 euros. When returning to the hotel, my partners phone wouldn’t allow us to make any calls to foreign numbers, so therefore couldn’t call the police, we asked the hotel reception if we could call the police using there phone, in which they refused, being a young couple (21 and 20) this was a major shock to us and quite frankly frightening. Moving on, food most night was good, plenty of choice, breakfast good, lunch good, evening meal good. Rooms were okay although absolutely covered in cockroaches, found them in almost every drawer in the cupboards and moving across the floors, noise of Veronica’s is quite bad at night although if you’re going to this location you know what sort of area you are going to so I’m not going to fault the hotel on that as that’s out of there control. Entertainment every evening was phenomenal and can not be faulted In the slightest, probably the best entertainment I’ve seen in any hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed each night. Most of the staff were friendly although some had major attitude problems for absolutely no reason which wasn’t the nicest experience. If you want a lads holiday/hen-do or just a party holiday then this is the place for you but I would not recommend for any young couples looking to go independently due to the lack of remorse from staff when unlucky enough to have problems on the strip (which I add, are extremely common, spoke to multiple people who experienced the same thing) overall we had a decent experience although I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Siguiendo mi anterior comentario, llegando ayer a la noche dispuesto a sufrir otra noche infernal de ruidos, aparecen 3 cucarachas correteando por la habitación que ya colman el vaso y bajo a recepción. Para mi grata sorpresa me Dan otra habitación (algun bicho hay pero ya no es la fauna de la otra habitación) y de ruido solo un chiringo de abajo que con tapones ni me enteré. Quiero agradecer y destacar la rápida respuesta y amabilidad de la gente de recepción para solventar el problema.

I feel the hotel is a bit dated and some renovations would give it keep it at a 4 star hotel, it's also located very close the the strip so noise is a bit of an issue while trying to sleep. The spread of food in the morning is brilliant. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is due to its exceptional staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and just brilliant all round. The staff are a credit to this hotel.
