“The staff are amazing brilliant customer service”

“Excellent holiday, so much to do every day in the hotel. Angie was excellent on check in and out, Natalya was a very sweet host at breakfast time in the level lounge. Angel was asuperb waiter in the lounge and in the Italian restaurant at night. I enjoyed all the craft classes at 11am. In particular the candle making, aloe Vera, soap making and jewellery making. All the hosts were amazing and the products made were very good quality. The Spanish and coffee making classes with Daniel from entertainment team were also excellent!! Our holiday was fantastic thank you!!”

“Wonderful Hotel. Staff brilliant and attentive, love the daily activities!, it’s like a kids club for adults 😆 Great selection of food. Amazing rituals products. I honestly can’t say a bad word. Would def come back!”

“Hilly aspect but once you get to know the lifts no real issue. Staff excellent . Not much adjacent to hotel in terms restaurants, bars and supermarket. The hotel can be quite pricey compared to to others. Rooms huge but ask for a top floor overlooking the pool for the excellent views. Housekeeping too was excellent. Food was above average with a large selection. Buffet was varied but as usual with buffets some dishes were not warm. The show cooking and speciality roasts were excellent. Breakfast had everything you wanted. The local market (Thurs and Saturday)is within walking distance (exit by the lower pool) Walk downhill into Costa Adeje or beaches and get taxi back(about €5)”

“Quiero destacar lo increíble que ha sido, una vez más, mi experiencia en The Level .Siempre vuelvo porque aquí me siento como en casa, algo que no es fácil de encontrar. El ambiente es acogedor, las vistas son simplemente maravillosas y todo el hotel está impecable, súper limpio y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar a Carlos Horosco, Gema, Leo, Ramón y Antonio, que hacen que la estancia sea aún más especial con su atención y cercanía. Los restaurantes a la carta son increíbles; cada vez que vuelvo consiguen sorprenderme con su calidad y variedad, haciendo que la experiencia sea aún más completa. Sin duda, seguiré repitiendo.”

“Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el Hotel Meliá Jardines del Teide en familia (somos tres) y nos hemos sentido realmente a gusto desde el primer momento. Queremos destacar especialmente la experiencia en el restaurante italiano Casa Nostra, donde hemos disfrutado muchísimo tanto por la calidad de la comida como por el trato recibido. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Marcial, cuyo trato cercano, profesional y atento ha marcado la diferencia en nuestra estancia. A pesar de todo, su actitud ha sido increíble y digna de mención. También queremos agradecer a Ángelo y Ángel por su amabilidad y buen servicio en todo momento. Sin duda, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva que recordaremos con cariño. ¡Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa!”

“Mi estancia en el hotel Meliá Jardines del Teide ha sido simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento, todo ha superado mis expectativas: las instalaciones cuidadas al detalle, el ambiente relajante y las vistas impresionantes hacen de este lugar un auténtico paraíso en Tenerife. Quiero destacar especialmente el trato del personal, que ha sido impecable en todo momento. En concreto, me gustaría agradecer a Jesús, Alberto y Olga, del equipo de la piscina, por su cercanía, profesionalidad y amabilidad. Han conseguido que cada momento allí fuese aún más especial, siempre atentos, con una sonrisa y cuidando cada detalle. Sin duda, han marcado la diferencia en nuestra experiencia. “El personal muy amable y atento. De los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado. El servicio de piscina de la mano de Alberto, olga y Jesús espectacular. El servicio de comedor y cafetería súper bien!!! Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Todos muy atentos”

“Servicio excelente, aunque con bastante rotación. Miguel de Circle de 10. Jesus, Olaga y Alberto en la piscina excelentes. Morena nos abrió un mundo de posibilidades. Héctor de Retama un excelente profesional. José María hace los mejores expresó martinis. En el comedor Fabio nos dedicaba especial atención y Oliver Morales y Julián nos hacían sentirnos como en casa con un servicio excelente.”

“Meliá Hotel (Level / Master Suite) Wir sind nach unserem Aufenthalt etwas ratlos zurückgeblieben. Einerseits überzeugt das Hotel in vielen Bereichen: Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich, die „Level“-Benefits lohnen sich definitiv – insbesondere die Getränkeauswahl im Club ist herausragend. Auch die Zusatzleistungen der Master Suite bietet einen spürbaren Mehrwert und rechtfertigt den Aufpreis. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und auch das Restaurant Pico Negro ist klar empfehlenswert. Andererseits gab es leider auch gravierende Mängel, insbesondere bei der Sauberkeit. Eine verschmutzte Bettdecke wurde trotz Hinweis und deutlicher Kennzeichnung nicht ausgetauscht. Der unglückliche Höhepunkt war jedoch der Abschluss des Aufenthalts: Eine nett gemeinte Aufmerksamkeit in Form einer Flasche Cava wurde von einem Mitarbeiter gebracht, der Kopfhörer trug und offensichtlich mehr mit sich selbst und der Musik als mit dem Gast beschäftigt war. Was als schöner Schlusspunkt gedacht war, wirkte dadurch eher respektlos. Insgesamt überwiegen zwar die positiven Eindrücke beim Personal und Angebot, aber die genannten Punkte trüben das Gesamtbild deutlich. Für uns kein Hotel, in das wir zurückkehren würden.”

“Bonnes prestations, nous étions en catégorie "Level" et c'est très bien ! Les buffets sont bien présentés et variés, particulièrement le petit-déjeuner que l'on peut prendre en deux lieux, l'un est totalement sous forme de buffets, l'autre, réservé à l'espace "Level" est en buffet pour le "froid" et servi à table pour le "chaud". La promenade du bord de mer est accessible à pied en dix minutes, l'hôtel dispose d'une grande piscine dont l'eau, sans être chaude, n'était pas froide en mars, avec de nombreux transats. De nombreuses parties de l'hôtel ont été restaurées ces dernières années. Petits points négatifs : nous avons demandé où se trouvait la table de ping-pong, réponse : il n y en a pas ! Nous avons posé la question pour le billard : pas de billard ! Pas de spectacle le soir mais juste une animation musicale au bar principal. Globalement hôtel recommandable.”

“Helaas geen 5 sterren meer waard. Receptie onvriendelijk en kijken op je neer met rollende ogen. Zwembad vloer is kapot en slordig en vlooien op de kamer. Waarschijnlijk een hond in geweest”

“DEFO not a 5 star location.Needs a 5 star upgrade in the foyer area,low chairs and horrible wicker chairs which look awful.One particular night at dinner time I was totally ignored by the waiting staff,whilst they served drinks to a couple on a neighbouring table,at least 10 MINUTES of a wait to get a bottle of sparkling water.I felt humiliated. We had to add 3 nights to our stay which cost us a wallet busting sum of over 1200 euros after my wife had a serious injury and needed a 2 day stay at hospital. No tissue paper in the toilet was not a good sign in either of the 2 tissue boxes,could and should have a couple of hand driers.Jardines Del Teide seem to be driven by money they most certainly need to spend a few quid of 5 star updates.”

“Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, el hotel y sus instalaciones están genial, muy bien cuidados y pensados para disfrutar y desconectar. El personal es, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes. Queremos hacer una mención especial a los camareros Héctor, Valentina y Jonathan, siempre trabajando con alegría, amabilidad y un trato súper cercano. También a Ethan, camarero del buffet, da gusto encontrarse con personas tan amables y profesionales. Y por supuesto, a los chicos de animación, Daniel y Diana, por su cercanía y por intentar siempre amenizar la estancia con una charla agradable y buen ambiente. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir en este hotel.”

“He estado en muchos hoteles, pero lo que vivimos en el Meliá Jardines del Teide fue algo totalmente diferente. No se puede hablar de este sitio sin mencionar a Jonathan. Además de ser, sin duda, uno de los mejores camareros que he conocido, es todo un espectáculo. Tiene una energía increíble, es cercano, divertido y consigue que cada día tengas ganas de volver, porque sabes que cualquier momento con él será único e irrepetible. También quiero destacar a Héctor, uno de los jefes, que nos acogió desde el primer momento con una atención impecable y logró que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Y, por supuesto, a Valentina, siempre amable, sonriente y atenta, junto con todo el equipo, que ha sido simplemente excepcional. No tengo palabras para agradeceros estos 5 días tan especiales en Tenerife. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable!”
