“Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, easy to get to the beach or the town. There is an extensive evening entertainment schedule which was high quality and very popular. The swimming pool has just been refurbished and is absolutely beautiful. Great selection of food in the buffet restaurant, and really great quality. It was a shame that one of the restaurants is only included if you are staying five nights though. I highly recommend the hotel and would certainly go back, but I did think that my room lacked sound proofing, probably due to the tile floors on the gangways and then meant I never quite got the lie in I was after! The finish of the room was brilliant though, I couldn't have been happier with the size and facilities in there.”

“Hotel muy grande, muchos espacios de piscina y jardines. Agradable y acogedor. Personal muy atento y amable. Ofrece actividades distintas de entretenimiento que marcan la diferencia con otros sitios. Destacamos los restaurantes Casa Nostra y Pico Negro, así como el desayuno del Level por la especial atención del personal como Alexia de la recepción Level, Sofía, Marvellis, Ramón de la piscina Level y el encargado de Pico Negro la noche de ayer, 16-10-2026. Fue nuestra primera estancia pero repetiremos y lo recomendaremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones unos dias especiales.”

“We (my partner and I) stayed at the beautiful Meliá Jardines del Teide and we would rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The resort is beautiful, amenities kept us relaxed and the staff are exceptional. Each one took extra care to make sure our stay and experience was as good as it could be. This was my first time staying in an all inclusive resort and if your intention is a relaxing holiday, it does not disappoint. I thought I would miss not going to other restaurants and bars outside the resort, but it was the opposite, you have everything you need there - and it’s brought to you, should you wish - drinks, food, etc. There was classes each day and entertainment (live music from Africa to Mexico, performers) meaning there’s lots to see and do in between relaxing. It’s adults only and there was minimal groups, mostly couples so it was quiet given many come to Tenerife to party. If you’re looking to treat yourself to a nice break, Meliá is recommended. We would visit again for sure.”

A special thank you to the fantastic The Level breakfast team, who made every morning such a pleasure with their friendliness, attentiveness and warm hospitality. We would especially like to mention Sofia, who welcomed us at the entrance to The Level restaurant with a lovely smile and made us feel truly welcome every day.
