A hotel that you don't need to leave, except for a visit to the supermarket! Drinks, excluding wine, are expensive for those on half-board, so we bought offsite. The staff are as good as you'll experience anywhere and the pools are excellent.

The best trip ever, Tenerife I’d amazing and I got to visit a lot of the not so touristy locations thanks to the great advice of Miss Rio, Executive of Melia Circle at the Palacio Isora hotel, Miss Rio and the Director Mr Alessio, went all the way and more to make my stay unforgettable, I enjoyed so much this stay, the hotel is a Paradise, it exceeds all expectations and so does the welcoming and friendliness of their staff, and I truly want to highlight the kindness of Rio and Alessio, because the made me feel so VIP and so at home at the same time, they go all the way to make sure that the clients at Palacio Isora get the best of their stay in Tenerife, I can’t wait to go back and want to express my gratitude to them for being so kind and giving such great indications to discover the best of the island and the hotel, what can I say, it’s paradise, the rooms, the many restaurants, the jazz club with live music, the parties and the singers …wow…. everything truly beautiful and fun, this stay exceeded all my expectations

Estuvimos en el hotel el último fin de semana de agosto y como siempre ha sido un gran acierto como fin de la vacaciones. Pasamos unos días geniales y todo fueron atenciones, el hotel es una maravilla, la piscina infinity es inmensa y en la zona de piscinas no se notaba que el hotel estaba con una gran capacidad por las fechas, tambien estuvimos en la piscina de solo adultos y fue una estancia muy tranquila. La habitación me pareció una maravilla y han cambiado algunas cosas del mobiliario. Dar las gracias Marta Villach la directora de atención al cliente y a todo el personal del hotel porque hemos pasado un fin de semana fabuloso y hemos llegados a casa con las pilas cargadas. Mes amies et moi avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et à l’écoute. Nous avons pris une réservation à l’occasion d’un anniversaire et l’hôtel l’a bien pris en compte en nous offrant une belle bouteille de champagne. L’hôtel est bien équipé, tant dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Il y a également plusieurs restaurants et bars. Le buffet est très complet et copieux, nous avons eu le choix parmi plusieurs plats ! Il y a plusieurs piscines dont une vraiment tres grande donc pas de dérangement. Seul bémol : les télévisions ne possèdent pas Netflix Je recommande vivement cet établissement, de mon côté j’y retournerai !

Great Only negative is lake of late check out option and if all inclusive, very hard to actually get a table at restaurants other than the buffet.
