“I had the best experience at Melia Barcelona Sky Level, all thanks to Ainhoa! She upgraded our room to a suite, was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the whole process so easy. From the moment I spoke with her, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. “This is an unusual review because I'm writing this without having finished a full day's visit: the service and amenities at this hotel are superb. I made a minor mistake in my booking for a 9 night stay that the service went above and beyond to remedy. The staff here are exceptionally patient, gracious, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable. While I'm visiting primarily for work, the concierge and team have been incredibly helpful to point out activities or neighborhoods for me to visit during my stay. Haven't even stayed a day yet -- I know I'm going to love it. If you're debating this hotel versus another: don't. Just choose this one. Update after one month of reflection: Completely worth it. The team here made every effort to make my stay as comfortable and accommodated as possible. Thanks so much to everyone - I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to all friends and colleagues!”

“Estuvimos una semana con mi mujer y la experiencia fue excelente. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones inmejorables. Desde el personal, que fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, hasta las amplias e impecables habitaciones, no faltó ningún detalle. Fue una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. Las piscinas son todo un lujo para relajarse. También destacar la oferta gastronómica de los restaurantes. Por último, aprovechamos para jugar a golf en unos campos con unas visitas al mar impresionantes. Sin duda que volveremos. ¡Muy recomendable!”

“This was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The room was fantastic, and the service was truly outstanding—better than what we experienced at any other five-star hotels during our summer vacation. The food was also excellent, adding to the overall wonderful experience. When one of the bed lights in our suite didn’t work on the first night, Lucia from the 25th front desk went above and beyond by quickly arranging for us to move to their best suite. This gesture made our stay even more memorable, and her kindness and efficiency were greatly appreciated! What truly impressed us was their dedication to helping us find my lost bag. I lost my bag on the train to Barcelona, and the front desk staff Vicky guided us to a lost-and-found website, and we successfully found it! Then Lucia, Emma, and Joan contacted DHL to ensure the package was delivered as quickly as possible. Despite the tight timeline, Emma and Lucia contacted DHL several times with great patience, making sure we received the bag before we checked out. Their efforts were nothing short of touching, and I was amazed they managed to get the bag to us on time—just before we left! Their dedication and warm help made our entire trip unforgettable, and Barcelona itself became even more special because of this amazing hotel experience. Thank you so much, Lucia, Emma, Vicky, and Joan, for everything! I deeply appreciate your efforts, and I will absolutely choose The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky again!”

Great idea for the hotel to have a lounge setup with snacks and beverages - recommend the upgraded rooms that come with choosing The Level and would definitely come back. “We had a great stay here- with two toddlers no less. The views are stunning. It’s such a lovely feature to have tapas and snacks available for guests at the lounge at the floor called “the level”. What set this place apart was the lovely staff. Especially Antonio was so warm and welcoming and helped us who sort out some issues. He also came up with great ideas to do with two two-year olds in Barcelona.”
