Genial...a todos los niveles pero el personal de recepcion súper amable, empático...citarla a muchos pq me acuerdo de su nombre pero no quiero hacer diferencias son todos estupendos, no sería justo. Hay una recepcionista joven que acompañó a mi hija un ratito en la cabalgata de Reyes q es un amor, ella sabe quien es, le damos las gracias. Volveremos mil veces y una más.

Great hotel with great staff in a good location. Spacious rooms with a good selection for buffet breakfast. Transport links very close to all attractions. Highly recommended to anybody wanting to go to Barcelona.

Hemos estado muy bien, habitaciones confortables y amplias

Die Lage des Hotels erwies sich als äußerst praktisch, da es nur 750 Meter von der berühmten Promenade La Rambla entfernt liegt. Diese Nähe ermöglichte uns, die pulsierende Atmosphäre dieser ikonischen Straße jederzeit leicht zu erreichen. Besonders positiv war die Tatsache, dass direkt vor der Tür des Hotels eine Metrostation liegt(Para lel). Dies machte das Reisen in und um die Stadt äußerst bequem. Wir konnten problemlos zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Vierteln Barcelonas gelangen, ohne uns Gedanken über lange Fußwege oder mühsame Fahrten machen zu müssen. Das Frühstück in diesem Hotel war zweifellos das beste bisher! Die Vielfalt an frischen Produkten, die Qualität der Zutaten und die raffinierte Zubereitung haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Let’s start with the positive aspects: The breakfast buffet, including a gluten-free section, was excellent and catered to all tastes. The gym, featuring a punching bag, extra towel service, and a water dispenser, was great. The hotel’s design is modern and inviting, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding, providing quick access to the city’s hotspots via the nearby metro, buses, or on foot. Additionally, the hotel lobbies offer plenty of USB ports, which is very convenient. In the rooms, the minibar was refilled daily with juices and water at no extra cost, something we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects: The rooms were extremely poorly insulated—you could even hear whispering and the showers from neighboring rooms. The doors closed very loudly, and this noise could be heard across the entire floor. The beds were rather uncomfortable, with very soft mattresses that felt as though they were already worn out. The room was quite dusty from the beginning, which is a problem for someone like me who has a dust allergy. The surfaces and bathroom areas were visibly dusty as well. For a 4-star hotel, it is disappointing that there were no complimentary slippers; instead, they had to be purchased for a fee of €5 per person. In other hotels of the same price range, we have never encountered this. Additionally, the hand soap in the bathroom had been diluted with water, so we ended up buying our own soap from a nearby supermarket. All in all, due to these negative aspects, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
