“Hotel muy bien situado en una zona de bullicio y espectáculos de Barcelona. Fuimos al teatro y después a cenar en una de las múltiples ofertas del Paralelo. La decoración del hotel es alegre y colorida, muy acorde con el estilo del barrio. La habitación, tenía vistas a la Sagrada Família (con la nueva cruz en la torre!) y al Tibidabo, muy espaciosa, limpia y silenciosa. El desayuno fenomenal, había de todo y más. Las cafeteras, situadas en los extremos, así no se formaban colas. Los zumos y tés muy buenos y variados. El bufet estaba distribuido de manera que, por un lado había lo dulce, bolleria, cereales, semillas, quesos, yogures, ets... y por el otro lo salado, también muy variado. El pan en otro espacio y la fruita en un lateral. Además, había una zona de "tortillas al momento", donde podías elegir entre muchos toppings. La iluminación era natural y las mesas estaban bien separadas, también había una terraza interior ajardinada, para los más atrevidos. El personal, tanto en la recepción, como en el restaurante, muy amable y servicial. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima escapada cultural.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at INNSiDE. The staff were fantastic, the service was excellent, and housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was with the room temperature. It was quite warm for our comfort, and when we requested to have the A/C turned on, the maintenance staff came to our room and informed us that it wasn’t possible. That was a bit disappointing. Had to sleep with window open listening to crowd walking by all night. Housekeeping was great, but just a small note—there’s no need to replace towels every day. We’re perfectly happy to reuse them until they actually need changing. Even though we hung them up, they were replaced each time the room was serviced. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, and will back again.”

“Excellent location to everything the city has to offer, subway and buses within easy reach. Staff very pleasant and courteous. Bar onsite serving some snacks also. There is a restaurant on the first floor too. Rooms are emaculate and very modern with some local juices and water free of charge in the mini fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. Beds very comfy. Would definitely go back and stay again. Very pleasant stay.”

“It’s a good hotel in a great position. Staff is friendly and room spacious and fairly clean. It’s missing some attention to details which a 4 stars shoud have, such as free slippers and Robe. Disposable slippers are charged €5 at pair which isn’t great. Also, we had to call reception and wait almost half an hour in the middle of showering as soap refilling operation was overlooked from maid and they were empty. Shame as it’s a great hotel in a great location.”

“From making the reservation through to checking out, the customer service was outstanding. We chose this hotel for its convenient location (right by a metro station) and because of our Meliá membership, and both the hotel and its facilities fully lived up to expectations. It was my fiancé’s birthday during our stay, and the team went out of their way to surprise him with lovely compliments from the hotel, such a thoughtful gesture that genuinely made our stay feel special. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows had just the right level of firmness, the mini fridge was restocked daily, and the breakfast selection was very varied with great-quality food. That said, there are two points worth mentioning for improvement. The room doors are a significant issue — they slam shut unless held until fully closed. Unfortunately, this caused us to be woken up multiple times during our 4 day stay at the hotel. One night, we were disturbed at around 3am by a group of intoxicated guests repeatedly going in and out of their rooms, creating a lot of noise. I eventually had to confront them myself and call reception, which briefly made the experience feel more like student halls than a hotel. The only other minor downside was noticing hair on a few plates near the shared cutlery area at breakfast, which did put me off certain items. Despite this, I really appreciated the hotel’s work-friendly facilities such as meeting rooms and private work cubicles. If I were travelling to Barcelona for business, I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully with the door/noise issue addressed by then. A big thank you to the entire team for being consistently kind, patient, and accommodating throughout our stay. Your service truly stood out.”
