“Hôtel magnifique et très agréable, idéalement situé à proximité des transports, dans un quartier authentique offrant de nombreux bons restaurants. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l’ensemble de l’équipe de réception, avec une mention particulière pour Antonino, réceptionniste Level, qui a pris en charge notre check-in avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et la qualité de ses conseils ont été très appréciées pour bien débuter notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une suite The Level avec vue sur la mer, et celle-ci a pleinement répondu à nos attentes. Spacieuse, bien agencée, très propre et offrant une vue à couper le souffle, elle réunissait tout le confort recherché. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, de qualité et bien adapté, y compris pour les régimes sans gluten, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous tenons à remercier l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel, dont le professionnalisme et l’attention ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous avons également apprécié les attentions de l’équipe Guest Experience, notamment les amenities à notre arrivée, qui témoignent d’un réel sens du service. Nous remercions aussi toute l’équipe F&B du petit-déjeuner, ainsi que les hôtes et hôtesses d’accueil. Chaque matin a été un vrai plaisir grâce à leur bienveillance, leur sourire et leur énergie positive. Leur professionnalisme et leur souci du détail rendent le début de journée particulièrement agréable. Un grand merci à Victor pour son accueil, ainsi qu’à Ivan et à toute l’équipe en salle, pour leur disponibilité et leur efficacité. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir retenu tous les prénoms, mais chacun a contribué à rendre notre expérience très positive. Enfin, nous souhaitons remercier Cynthia. Nous avons eu le plaisir de la voir chaque matin, toujours souriante, attentionnée et à l’écoute de notre confort. Elle a contribué à rendre notre séjour chez Meliá particulièrement agréable. Ce sont des attentions qui font la différence. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et l’envie de revenir. Merci à toute l’équipe.”

“This was an amazing experience from the time we checked in to the time we left. They attended to every little detail with a personal and genuine touch. We have not experienced such attention to detail in a very long time. Thank you, Jonathan at the desk who made us feel like we were checking into a Castle . Yanneth and Victor during our meals were loving and warm and very attentive. Thank you so much. It meant so much on our 40th.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at the Meliá Barcelona Sky hotel and I can highly recommend it! The location is excellent, only about a 7-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. The hotel itself makes a great impression.. elegant, modern, and well-maintained. My room was on the 17th floor with a  sea view. The room was very comfortable, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as plenty of space for cosmetics (which really makes a difference 😊). A big plus was the daily housekeeping with fresh bed linen, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, fresh bread, pastries, and a great selection of sweet options. Everything was very tasty and high quality. The sky bar on the 24th floor also deserves a special mention, an amazing view. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place worth recommending. I would happily come back! 💙”

“From arrival to departure, this place was top tier. Noa who checked us in and ensured to check in throughout our stay was amazing. The upgrade was well worth it with beautiful sunset views of Barcelona City, and Noa was able to check us in at 11am, which added into our stay. Breakfast was amazing and for the first time 'chilled' in most hotels 10am on a weekend is hectic, however here it was well managed and spaced out. Lounge staff ensured they got to know you & gave very good recommendations. Overall I would love to stay here again & will definitely recommend to all visiting the city.”

“L’habitació en la que vam estar necessita una reforma, sobretot el bany, però per la resta tot genial. Vam fer-hi una nit per celebrar el nostre aniversari. Vam portar el nostre gos i ens van rebre amb un detallet per ell! El personal molt simpàtic, sobretot amb el nostre gos, que fins i tot va poder baixar a esmorzar amb nosaltres (l’esmorzar tipo bufet molt complet i bo). Hi ha unes vistes precioses a la planta 24 per prendre una copa també.”

“Cenamos mi pareja y yo en el restaurante Merkado y no queríamos dejar pasar la oportunidad de dar las gracias al equipo de camareros que nos atendieron: Pablo, Estefanía y José Luis (el encargado). Nos trataron con mucho cariño y alegría, y las recomendaciones que nos dieron estaban buenísimas. También queremos agradecer al equipo de cocina, ¡todo de 10! Nos sentimos como en casa. “My husband and i booked a last minute trip for my birthday. BA offered a lovely deal which included Melia Sky, and we had ABSOLUTELY no regrets. I had the most amazing four night stay. While we booked a basic room package, we were offered an upgrade, and i do not regret taking the offer. From the time we entered, every moment was just amazing. I would recommend this place over and over again. I especially want to say a massive thank you to Laressa and Antonio at the Level, you both are amazing and kind and prompt and extremely helpful with everything! Antonio was very helpful with helping us explore the city. No doubt the rest of the staff especially the ladies at the spa are just as wonderful. The view from the 29th floor is amazing. Thank you for making my 37th birthday a beautiful one. A beautiful memory i'll always cherish.”
