“I had the most amazing experience at paridisus Grand Cana by melia. All thanks to our 2 extraordinary concierges juan rivero) and Andy Constante.These 2 gentlemen made us feel like Queens on our vacation. I cant thank them enough. We celebrated our 10yr anniversary and they both made every moment an amazing experience. They made us feel like family. The hotel is lucky to have them both and I consider myself lucky to have them. From dinners to experiences they made sure our stay was spectacular. The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful amenities. If you are looking for a all-inclusive 5 star resort this is where to go. Also ask for jorge and andy .you don't get better than them. We will be back soon 2 time same amazing service february 2025. The most amazing drinks at mama y juana. Kersy make th we best apple martinis. Come see him. Also Anthony at magu for lunch. Melia paridisus 👏👏👏👏”

“What an amazing place! Family-friendly and beautifully decorated. I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else for vacations. One spot I highly recommend is the steakhouse Karnica. “Stayed here for Christmas and really enjoyed out time. The rooms were amazing with fully stocked fridge with drinks, water, and wine, as well as snacks that were restocked daily. We had a balcony with a beautiful view and jacuzzi. There were daily events and nightly entertainment. The food at the buffet was hit or miss but there were a variety of choices that changed daily so we weren't eating the same things every day. We ate at Mangu and Karnica while there. Both had very delicious options but the steak at Karnica was by far the best I've had. The waterpark was small but great to sit and relax while the kiddos played. And the beach was also nice, minus people walking around constantly trying to sell you overpriced souvenirs or excursions. The beach was just a 2-3 minute golf cart ride from the resort. The hotel does provide transportation to and from the resort depending on your length of stay, but I recommend getting your own private transport. The resort transport did have a limit on how many bags you could have and was shared so we opted for private transport to ensure that we arrived to the airport on time for departure.”

“My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this resort. We were anxious due to some conflicting reviews, but our Concierge, Jenfrey, made this the best little getaway for our girls trip. He was so eager to please, setting up all of our dinners and even made a special birthday cake from my best friend. The resort itself was fantastic, the food was great, and the entertainment was spot on. We will definitely come back again!!”

“The GOOD: Overall great hotel, not far from airport, big clean rooms with no mold smell, good food selection and restaurants, entertainment for kids and adults, water park was a hit with the kids. Service was great, staff were friendly and accommodative. We got the room we were promised, reading other reviews got us worried so that was a relief. NOT THAT GOOD Unfortunately people spoil everything and we have not been that lucky with neighbours who partied till 4 AM every night, neither the hotel took any measures, perhaps a recommendations would be to rethink the allocation procedures and not put teenagers next to small kids. Family concierge tried to cut lines on different occasions pissing off everyone around. Not worth it pleasing one customer for a few bucks and leaving 20+ guests with a bad taste in the mouth.”
