“Es el tercer hotel de la cadena Melià donde me he alojado, y como siempre, ha superado con exito todas las expectativas que teníamos mi pareja y yo al llegar. Un servicio y una atencion màs alla de la excelencia, particularmente por Sara de recepcion que nos ha recibido con una profesionalidad y un cariño maravilloso, y Raul de buffets de desayunos y cenas con su equipo de camareros y cocineros que nos dieron un sevicio fenomenal hasta el ultimo día. Hotel recomendadisimo y agradecimiento total por nuestra parte a todo el equipo de Melià de Sol Sun Beach. Volveremos segurisimo !!”

“Lage ist strandnah und damit auch viele Menschen, viele Bars samt Nachtleben, Restaurants, Straßenhändler, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Massage, auch ein paar Obdachlose usw. Also wenn man im Urlaub eher die Ruhe sucht, ist die Lage eher ungünstig oder man kann sich das am Hotel-Pool bequem machen. Zimmer war gut aber nicht herausragend dafür mit Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauberkeit könnte definitiv besser sein. Die Anlage selbst ist nicht mehr die neueste und daher geht das in Ordnung. Sehr verschachtelt ist die Anordnung der Apartments, dass ein Vertrautmachen mit den Rettungswegen/Notausgängen sinnvoll ist. Frühstück ist okay, Abendessen auch aber ausbaufähig. Der Speisesaal ist baulich bedingt sehr laut (Hall). Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido excelente. Queremos destacar especialmente el servicio y el trato del personal, siempre atentos, amables y profesionales. Mención especial merece el maître del buffet, siempre con una sonrisa, pendiente de cada detalle y haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para disfrutar de la zona y moverse con comodidad. Aunque es un hotel de 3 estrellas, perfectamente podría ser de 4 por la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones. El buffet es muy completo y, al tratarse de un hotel más pequeño, se agradece mucho no tener que hacer colas para entrar. Queremos resaltar especialmente el exquisito buffet de la cena del 31 de diciembre: no nos faltó absolutamente de nada y estuvo todo cuidado al máximo. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Tenerife repetiremos alojamiento. Totalmente recomendable.”

“Not as quiet at night as other reviews let you believe. We had fantastic sea views but got the noise from the live bands and buskers on the prom at night. WiFi was poor but everything else was excellent. The staff, food and location were excellent.”

“De 10 !! No pude tener más suerte. No sabía que el hotel está recientemente reformado y la verdad lo han dejado precioso. La zona de lobby y recepción es muy amplia, luminosa y con acceso a todos los servicios del hotel. La atención desde el momento de llegada fue muy pero que muy atento. Me alojé en un estudio impecable y con una decoración sencilla, moderna funcional... era amplio con un gran balcón. La piscina es de ensueño, enorme con zonas ajardinadas, un bar un solárium de gran tamaño con vistas a toda la playa de Fañabé, incluso actuaciones musicales al mediodía!! Cogí el paquete de media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena estuvieron muy a la altura destacando nuevamente la amabilidad del personal que te reconocían cada día y te recomendaban platos o se ofrecían a mejorar la experiencia. Ojalá volver pronto, cumple con creces todo lo que busco en un hotel!”

“Tolle Apartamentos, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Poolanlage ist klasse. Die Lage direkt am Playa Fanabe. Das einzige Negative: Es gibt leider auch dort Leute, die um 8 Uhr Liegen mit Handtüchern reservieren. Das sollte seitens der Hotelleitung unterbunden werden, sonst artet das aus.”

“Solo tengo agradecimiento para el personal en especial Eli, Tamara y Carolina hicieron lo máximo para buscarnos una habitación ya que en el alojamiento que teníamos reservado con Booking nos anuló hora antes y repito nos cuidaron, hicieron todo hasta que pudimos alojarnos. Encima en una suite. Gracias volveremos muy pronto chicas. They went above and beyond to find us a room, as the accommodation we had booked through Booking.com cancelled our reservation just hours before arrival. They took such good care of us, doing everything they could until we were able to stay. And on top of that, we got a suite! Thank you, we'll be back very soon, ladies. The whole family will always remember you.”

“Schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Grosse Apartments, grosse Balkone. Personal an der Receiption wenig gastorientiert, kriegen kaum ein Buenos Dias raus, nicht mal von der Managerin. An der Bar und im Restaurant wesentlich besser. Wir haben schöne Tage. Lage für Strand und Ausflüge gut bis sehr gut.”

“A lovely hotel very close to the beach. Area very busy and noisy. Lots going on. Turns out the hotel was In the process of upgrading the facilities which led to a nicer than expected room. Our room was right opposite bars though so quite noisy. Air con worked well. Staff helpful and food very good, but very dark trying to find our way around at night as outside lights didn’t seem to work.”

“Wir waren in einem Studio-Premium untergebracht, welches sehr chick eingerichtet war (mit Klimaanlage). Das Frühstück ist super lecker, viel Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und umsichtig, die Zimmer sauber. Man darf hier natürlich nicht vergessen, dass es sich hier um eine 3 *-Anlage handelt (also kein Luxushotel erwarten). Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, zum Strand sind es keine 5 min. Allein deswegen werden wir hier sicherlich wiederkommen und unseren 4. Urlaub an der Costa Adeje verbringen.”

“Wir waren im Oktober/November 2025 hier. Die Lage ist top, kurze Wege zum Meer. Generel ist fußläufig alles erreichbar. Das Essen und auch die Region als Ganzes ist sehr auf Briten ausgelegt (ohne Wertung). Der Pool ist sauber und im Gegensatz zu manchen Vorrednern darf im Pool auch mit Bällen usw. gespielt werden. Der Service ist top, vieles wird gerade in der jetzigen Zeit erneuert bzw. renoviert. Die Sauberkeit in der kompletten Anlage steht außer Frage, jedoch ist die Ausstattung des Apartments wie schon so oft angesprochen, sehr abgewohnt und teilweise älterer Herkunft und auch sehr hellhörig.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my choice of hotel. The man at the reception is amazing — incredibly kind to everyone, and especially sweet with my 3-year-old son, who already calls him his friend. Our room faced the beach and had a spacious yard. It was spotlessly clean — 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. They clean and change the towels every day — truly top-notch housekeeping! Beautiful place, right on the beachfront, on the main street. It takes me just 2 minutes to walk to a clean, calm beach with no waves, pleasant water, and no wind. I absolutely loved it — I’d come back here 2,000 times. And I will! I came with my family, and everyone loved it.”
