“I stayed at sol Guadeloupe about ten years ago I am going back June this year but can't remember if there kettles in rooms or if I need to take 1 any help would be much appreciated”

“Tivemos 10 dias no hotel. Hotel muito bom e bem localizado, 4minutos da praia a pé, bem no centro de tudo. Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Piscina grande e mesmo sendo um hotel gigante, na piscina, estava-se sempre bem, sem grandes confusões. É de salientar e dar os parabéns ás regras do hotel, pois é proibido jogar bola ou outro jogos na piscina, o que faz com que se esteja á vontade na piscina. Com variedade de animação, tanto a noite como na piscina. Staff super animado. Um ponto menos bom, é no salão para jantar, algumas filas para a entrada do salão, e não é compreensível, pois, muitas das vezes, depois de entrar no salão, reparávamos, que uma parte do salão, estava com mesas livres, mas o staff não deixava ocupar essas mesas. Recomendo este hotel.”

“4 Star Hotel with a 5 Star Experience (feeling a part of the “Familia”) The experience from start to finish was what you would want from a beautiful holiday destination like Majorca (any hiccups are naturally going to happen, but the way the team and management conducted themselves to reach a resolution is nothing short of exemplary). From the reception team, to the bar, restaurant and cleaning staff, everything was on point. Genuine people with genuine care and willingness to go above and beyond. Me and my wife couldn’t be more appreciative of how the team made us feel part of the “familia” with the true meaning of the word. It’s especially people like Stijn, Pedro, Diego and Vegas who made that happen and gave us this incredible feeling (much love to you all, thank you for the pain in our training sessions and the madness of the water carpet). A two week holiday that felt like a two month holiday with how much we got to do and see. Aqua gym classes, yoga, tabata, water polo, table tennis, darts, pool and even spectacular evening shows (I can finally say I witnessed someone good enough to replicate Michael Jackson, the Samba was muy caliente and the bubble show was popping). A final word of appreciation to the manager, Alejandra, thank you, your organisation should use you and your team as a prime example of how things should be done and done for the better of a customer experience.”

“I arrived after the evening meal so didn't get any food 😔 and I left early in the morning and didn't get any food so maybe if theyd left a sandwich or something for me it would have been much appreciated, after all I did pay for both meals .”

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel like you’re on vacation. 🏖️🏨 The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and had a fantastic view of the pool area. 🏊‍♂️ The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning and a spotless bathroom. Each morning, waking up to the stunning views of the Mediterranean was the perfect start to the day. 🌅 The pool area is nothing short of amazing – it’s large, with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas, and the vibe around the pool is just perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether you want to soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip, this area is a true highlight of the hotel. There’s also a poolside bar serving delicious cocktails and snacks, making it the perfect spot to unwind during the day. 🍹🌴 The hotel’s location is another big plus! It’s only a short walk from the beach and right in the heart of Magaluf, close to all the entertainment and restaurants, but still far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. 🌊🌇 One of the standout aspects of my stay was the food. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options catering to all tastes. From traditional Spanish dishes to international cuisine, the quality was top-notch, and there was something new to enjoy each day. 🍽️🥗 The staff at Sol Guadalupe deserve special mention – they were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request, making the overall experience feel seamless and personalized. Their hospitality really made a difference, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. 💯✨ All in all, Sol Guadalupe exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re planning a trip to Magaluf, I highly recommend this hotel for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday. I can’t wait to return!”
