We had an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rafael, Martin, and Esteban. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly attitude made our visit truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was amazing. Don´t choose another hotel, just go here and enjoy the best views and service of Mallorca.

Absolutely stunning hotel, pools and beds to die for, one of the best meals I've ever had in a hotel, amazing vibe, very welcoming staff. Poolside service excellent, in fact the staff couldn't do enough for you. Rafael had everything under control. Very impressed, we will return and recommend without hesitation. Thanks Almudena and your Team for making our stay there unfforgettable.

Do not hesitate one moment to book this resort. We have travelled the world and stayed in many 5 star properties. On this trip, we have been totally blown away by the the service we received. Every member the team are passionate about providing an outstanding level of service and even go beyond what a guest would expect. They are clearly well trained and this is a real credit to the leadership. We have only one word to describe their service - EXCEPTIONAL!

Only ate at Bombon Restaurant. Very good service by Rafael and the rest of the team. The food was great and the view is top!
