“Au top . Hôtel, chambres, animations,restauration, personnel . Tout était très bien”

“We returned from a week's holiday here a couple of weeks ago. We had a lovely time but not without a few drawbacks. The rooms were very spacious and clean. However we were in disabled rooms and the phone didn't work and we got stuck in the lift twice and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to reach our rooms as the lift went down to the spa and would not go back up. We did report it but nothing happened immediately. 2 of our party can't climb stairs due to illness so this was not acceptable. The food and drinks were good but the service left a lot to be desired. Apart from a couple of the female bar servers the rest need some customer service training. As an ex Licencee I was mortified. They have their jobs and will not deviate no matter how many people are waiting and they have no idea who is next in the queue. One person serves, one washes glasses and the other cuts fruit for the drinks. The last two just ignore you. They will serve whoever shouts or is in front of them at the time they look up. Others are left waiting. There are a couple of ladies who are very good and will multi task and serve a couple of customers at a time. Others are blinkered and slow. 2 speeds slow and stop! They are polite but have no sense of urgency. In the self-service restaurant it got busier as the week went on, but one person cooked 12 eggs at a time, although there was maybe 30 people waiting for eggs. There were 2 gas rings and a griddle but only one pan and ring was used at any one time. So it was pot luck if you got an egg or not. It's about reading the room. If someone took 2 eggs, you had no chance if you were at the back of the queue. I think the staff just need a bit more training. It is a shame to spoil such a lovely hotel.”

“Quando pesquisei o hotel Meliá Tortuga, confesso que fiquei um pouco assustada, pois mais de metade dos comentários eram negativos, desde o atendimento até à questão das toalhas, e via-se muito pouco feedback positivo. No entanto, quando chegámos, fomos surpreendidos pela positiva. O staff é extremamente simpático, sempre bem-disposto e disponível. Não houve um único dia em que não víssemos equipas a realizar manutenções e a cuidar dos espaços, mantendo tudo limpo e organizado. A limpeza dos quartos era diária e a troca de toalhas acontecia a cada dois dias, o que considero bastante razoável tendo em conta a grande quantidade de quartos e villas que o hotel possui. Relativamente à comida, não temos absolutamente nada a apontar, quer pela qualidade, quer pela variedade e abundância. Também os horários são bastante convenientes. É, sem dúvida, um hotel ideal para famílias. Pode-se levar bebés e crianças com toda a tranquilidade, pois há muitas atividades e diversão garantida para todos. Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir!”

“Estadia no Meliá Tortuga Beach A experiência foi, no geral, bastante agradável. O espaço é muito bem cuidado, tranquilo e ideal para quem procura descanso. As instalações são boas, com um ambiente envolvente que convida a relaxar e aproveitar a estadia com conforto. Um destaque muito especial para o senhor António, cuja postura foi absolutamente exemplar. De uma amabilidade rara, sempre disponível, atento e genuinamente preocupado com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Fez claramente a diferença e merece reconhecimento. Pontos positivos: ambiente, conforto, simpatia e profissionalismo do staff (com destaque evidente para o senhor António), e organização geral do espaço. Como ponto de melhoria, apenas pequenos detalhes que podem ser ajustados para elevar ainda mais a experiência, mas nada que comprometa de forma relevante a qualidade da estadia. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva e um local a considerar para futuras estadias.”

“Hotel qui ne vaut pas 5 étoiles, le cadre y est ,accès direct à la plage ,beaucoup de charme,mais ....Ça ne fait pas tout ! Nous avons demandé des l'arrivée à changer de chambre car étions à l'ombre avec terrasse sur l'allée principale donc passagère, on demande une plus au calme ... Il a fallu attendre 2 nuits tout en mettant la journée nos valises en bagage bagagerie du matin jusqu'à 17h ! Bref ...nous avons été mis au bord de la piscine animation !! Ménage très léger, les draps non changés tout comme les serviettes ! Et pour clore le tout ,j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir mon coffret fards à paupières neuf (acheté à Orly au decollage)complètement ravagé, pinceau très sales ayant servi de pelleteuse dans les couleurs, j'ai montré à la réception et on m'a répondu merci .....Un sketch!”

“Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et très sympathique. Restaurant principal avec une variété de plat très enrichie. Possibilité de dîner dans un des 4 restaurants avec réservation préalable ce qui permet de changer un peu. Les chambres sont propres et il y a un accès direct à la plage. Prestation de qualité.”

“Huoneet ok. Osa asiakaspalvelijoista todella mukavia, toisia ei voinut vähempää kiinnostaa. Ruoka heikkoa tasoa, kaikki liha ylikypsää ja todella sitkeää. Muutenkin ruoka erikoisen makuista. Sijainti ihan hyvä, meren rannassa. Matkaa lähimpään kaupunkiin noin 5km.”

“Tämä oli meille aivan loistava hotelli. Ja huoneisto oli rauhallisella paikalla. Ruoka oli todella hyvää jokapäivä. Suosittelen hotellia rauhallisuutta hakeville.”

“Decent hotel - you have a room with some cleaning, nice pool and garden, some things you can eat all inclusive, and some helpful staff....But all of these limited. Only 3 stars for now, will need to level up their standards to be a 5 star hotel. It was expectable for the money paid, so I only recommend it to people who want to spare some money and make a cheap stay in Cape Verde.”

“Great, but it has its limitations. The hotel is from 2011, so you can expect some dated rooms, compared to the sister hotels (Llana or Dunas). However, the garden is marvelous and the trip in the gardens makes up for it. In terms of service, everything was ok. Not great, not terrible. When we arrived, they rushed to get the room ready for us, instead of finishing cleaning, so towels and some bedsheets were dirty. It got fixed afterwards, but still quite a bad impression. After this, cleaning was done alright daily. In terms of food, we had AI, so there was plenty of it. Quite repetitive, despite the hotel promoting different cuisines every day. Also, if you’re a vegetarian, options are very limited. On the other side, there are 4x a la carte restaurants included in the AI concept: - La Cabana -> On the brach, lovely for a romantic dinner from a location point-of-view and with absolutely fantastic food. However, service there is TERRIBLE! - Pasta Nostra -> Italian based, great service, decent food - Secret Garden -> Grill-based restaurant, interesting and with ok service. - Aqua Nikkey -> Haven’t tried it There are plenty of bars as well around the resort, so you can pretty much always pick-up a drink. Drinks are decent, but not mind-blowing. If you want some well-known brands, you’ll have to get the premium bracelet. There were show animations every day and activities throughout the day, so there is always some activity. Last, but not least, quite a few cats around the resort to keep you company and cheered up.”

“Lomailemme nyt Hotel Tortuga Beach Resort -resortissa ja olemme todella tyytyväisiä 🌴 Kaunis ja rauhallinen alue, viihtyisät bungalowit tuovat omaa yksityisyyttä ja tunnelmaa. Vieressä upea, turkoosi meri ja pitkä hiekkaranta – maisemat ovat kuin postikortista. Resortissa on useita ravintoloita, ja ruoka on ollut erittäin hyvää ja monipuolista. Palvelu on ystävällistä ja rentoa. Voimme lämpimästi suositella – tulisimme mielellämme uudelleen!”
