“Le Melia Vinpearl Hue est un hôtel exceptionnel tant par ses équipements que par son personnel. L’espace The Level offre un confort et un service de très grand niveau. Mention spéciale à Thinh de la conciergerie The Level ainsi qu’à Thuy du service portier. Le personnel est très accueillant et très efficace. Le petit déjeuner et le service d’étage sont de très grande qualité. Seul point noir le restaurant Alma qui n’est pas à la hauteur ni en qualité ni au niveau du service. Malgré cette déception je recommande fortement cet hôtel à Hue”See more reviews
