A contemporary art tour

In 2013 a former textile warehouse was set up in the Oporto district, in the heart of Carabanchel Bajo: Nave Oporto A creative initiative that has been shaping an active fabric, generating culture and expression, which has revitalized the neighborhood. Discover this alternative generation of artists with an expert guide, and see how they are revolutionizing the contemporary art scene.

An expert art guide will pick you up in the lobby of the Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá and will accompany you to Nave Oporto aboard a private vehicle. A tour throughout the space will be the first contact, being able to explore the creative processes of different artists (selection according to availability) such as Juan de Andrés Arias, Virginia Frieyro, Santiago Giralda, Raúl Hidalgo, Jimena Kato, Belén Rodríguez, Manuel Saro, Miguel Ángel Tornero, Irma Álvarez- Laviada, Elvira Amor, Nicolás Combarro, Marta Corsini, FOD, Miguel Fructuoso, Miki Leal, Ana Nance, Sonia Navarro, Beatriz Ruibal or Santiago Idañez. To encourage interaction with the artists, a Spanish aperitif will be offered to accompany the talk and conversation. Once the meeting is over, a private vehicle will pick you up and take you back to the hotel.
