He ido varias veces a este hotel y cada vez es mejor que la anterior. En este viaje, reservamos una habitación The Level y fue todo un acierto. Con ver las fotos, sobran las palabras. El trato de todo el personal, exquisito como siempre, y el buffet del desayuno me encanta!! Volveré!!!

Hotel con todos los servicios y muy céntrico. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno con mucha variedad. Al ir con un niño, le dejaron algunos detalles en la cama, cosa que le encantó. Habitaciones con cafetera y hervidor de agua, y geles de baño y manos de muy buena calidad. En recepción tienen una jarra para servirte agua con naranja y algunas chuches. Tiene una parada de metro justo al lado, por lo que es muy fácil moverte por todo Madrid. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.
