The Barrio de Salamanca, where the galleries of the most acclaimed international artists are located, is a hub for contemporary art and the avant-garde. Noemí Oliva García-Baquero is a contemporary art and cultural management specialist. Along with her, you will enjoy a very special tour; a unique experience to discover this fascinating artistic movement and get to know in detail the most recent art of our time.

The meeting and departure point will be the Hotel Fénix Gran Meliá reception, from where you will walk to the Marlborough, Cayón and NF Nieves Fernández galleries. Other points of interest may be included should you wish to suggest them beforehand, such as the Fundación MAPFRE or the Fundación María Cristina Masaveu Peterson. In these spaces, Noemí Oliva will narrate the peculiarities and styles of each gallery and the different artists.

Duration: 1 hour and 50 minutes of gallery route / 1 hour of art class.

What does it include?: Contemporary art gallery route, Spanish wine with professionals from the sector and the possibility of enjoying an art class.

You will visit each current exhibition learning about the project and the artist's creative process up close.

In addition, you will have exclusive access to its collections, where you can investigate the work of other artists in the gallery. Noemí will facilitate conversation with the gallery team and even with some artists while enjoying a glass of wine.

Additionally, after the visit, you can round off the experience with a private painting workshop lasting an hour and a half, under the supervision of a professional, near the Hotel Fénix Gran Meliá.

There, you will be able to apply the knowledge acquired and put it into practice, letting loose on canvas all the inspiration gathered in this very special incursion into the contemporary art of the city of Madrid.
