The hotel is fabulous, rooms are spacious with a terrace, there is a pool open all year through, free snacks and drinks for the level guests, great views of Benidorm's skyline, the staff is really nice and attentive... I will go back someday for sure!

The Level at Meliá Villaitana, 3 estrellas muy justitas en Semana Santa. Tengo que suponer que Semana Santa no es el mejor momento para ir a este hotel. Es una ciudad resort enorme, con un hôtel de 4 estrellas y otro de 5, que podría haber estado muy bien, pero donde todo funciona regular tirando a mal. Nosotros nos quedamos en el The Level, el hotel de 5 estrellas, por llamarlo así. Es el peor hotel Meliá en el que hemos estado, y conocemos bastantes. A modo de ejemplo: Las habitaciones, correctas y nada más, con señales de uso intenso, sobre todo en el baño.
