Cooking Class: Food tasted great and service was great! Wish we had more instruction and time to try different foods.

Had a great trip! Angel, the pool bartender, made our trip fantastic! He was attentive and created drinks for us based on what we were enjoying (he also always remembered my friend's allergy so we weren’t concerned). Angel was also so very kind! Be sure to go visit him, we will miss him the most!! Jesus, from activities, was so fun to hang out with. He had our group laughing and having a good time. He was full of energy and made sure to help us with spots at jewelry, painting, and cooking class activities! Also, Gerardo from Sante was great. You could always find him with a smile on his face, which made my day! He would say hi and check that we got our mimosa drinks even when he wasn't our waiter. Overall I enjoyed myself! There were very minor hiccups. However, the staff, the food, the drinks, and the views made a fun and memorable girls trip!!

Estuvimos en "The Reserve" y el servicio es extraordinario, Diego nuestro "butler" nos envió obsequios para celebrar una fecha especial. Lo que no esperábamos fue Javier del equipo de bar de la palapa haría lo mismo. Felicidades, muchas gracias esperamos volver pronto.

Jesús from the activities team is simply outstanding. He has an amazing positive attitude, is very charismatic, and makes sure everyone gets involved and has fun. You can tell he loves what he does he keeps the energy high and makes every activity memorable. Definitely a big part of the overall experience at the hotel.

Jesus was the most fun activity manager we’ve had at a resort!! He truly made our entire experience even better! He was super engaged with everyone and walked in every day with a big smile that was contagious!
