“Acabamos de terminar nuestra estancia y solo puedo decir que ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. El hotel, reabierto en febrero de 2026 tras una reforma integral, está completamente nuevo. Se nota en cada rincón: paredes impecables, instalaciones cuidadísimas y una sensación de limpieza y estreno que da muchísimo gusto. Viajábamos con una niña pequeña y tanto el parque infantil como los juguetes estaban en perfecto estado. Mención especial al equipo de animación, que es sencillamente espectacular. Consiguen que tanto niños como adultos participen y disfruten, siempre con una sonrisa, cercanía y muchísima profesionalidad. En especial, Lucía, que hizo que nuestra despedida fuera realmente entrañable. Personas así marcan la diferencia. También queremos agradecer el trabajo de Luz Gary, la persona encargada de la limpieza de nuestra planta (14). Además de dejar la habitación impecable cada día, tuvo detalles preciosos con nuestra hija que no olvidaremos. Esas pequeñas cosas convierten unas vacaciones en recuerdos para toda la vida. El equipo de cocina merece un sobresaliente. Es de los más profesionales que he visto en un hotel. La comida estaba buenísima, con un buffet muy variado y sorpresas diferentes cada día. Las pizzas elaboradas al momento delante de los clientes son un acierto total, y la mesa de postres... simplemente indescriptible. Si eres amante del dulce, prepárate porque es una auténtica locura. Todo el personal del comedor fue igual de atento, amable y eficiente durante toda la estancia. En realidad, no puedo destacar solo a unos pocos porque absolutamente todo el personal, sin excepción, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Da gusto ver un equipo tan implicado y con tan buen trato hacia los huéspedes. Ojalá ese excelente clima laboral se mantenga, porque es la clave de la atención tan extraordinaria que ofrecen. Otro detalle que nos sorprendió fue el gimnasio. Apenas lo anuncian porque no es muy grande, pero tiene máquinas y material suficiente para entrenar durante unos días. Además, cada día disponía de toallas y agua, algo que se agradece. Si tuviera que poner una única pega, sería la zona de piscina. Está muy limpia, las hamacas y todo el recinto se nota que se desinfectan y cuidan a diario, pero creo que la piscina se queda algo pequeña para el nivel de ocupación del hotel. A primera hora se produce una auténtica carrera para conseguir hamacas y, sobre todo, sombrillas. Aunque hay bastantes, resultan insuficientes, especialmente para quienes vamos con niños pequeños. Además, muchas personas las reservan desde primera hora y después pasan gran parte de la mañana sin utilizarlas, dejando a otras familias sin sombra. Creo que sería una mejora importante controlar esta situación. Por último, vuelvo a destacar al equipo de animación en la piscina. Las actividades que organizan están muy bien preparadas, consiguen implicar a todo el mundo y crean un ambiente fantástico. En definitiva, una experiencia de 10. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo y nos marchamos con la sensación de haber encontrado un hotel al que nos encantará volver. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido tan especiales.”

“Overall hotel was very nice, very clean staff were welcoming and polite and there is so many activities if you are bringing children as the entertainment team are always finding things and activities for them to do. Food was nice just like any other all inclusive hotel. The one downside would be as it is right next to the strip it is very noisy but not bad enough to not be able to sleep and there are a lot of people that linger outside offering people things as it is the closest hotel to the strip there is a lot of younger people here but I would still say the age range all varies overall the hotel was very nice :)”

“Hemos pasado unos días en Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote buscando días de desconexión. Nunca habíamos estado en el hotel y ha sido una gran sospresa. Desde el primer momento en qué pusimos un pie en las instalaciones todo el servicio se volcó en atendernos con amabilidad y profesionalidad. Por eso queremos agradecer la atención al personal de recepción Yaiza, Cathy, Bryan, Laura T, Malena y al resto de profesionales que me he dejado así como al personal que nos ayudó con las maletas. A medida que pasaron los días y fuimos descubriendo el resto de servicios, conocimos en el Ginger a Manolo Pérez. Nos dió a probar su famoso Café Pérez, ver como te lo explica, como lo prepara, ya es una experiencia. Además de su trato profesional y cercano, gracias Manolo por todas las indicaciones turísticas que nos diste! Felicitar también a Youssef, Carla y Jesús por su profesionalidad así como al resto de trabajadores y trabajadoras. Otro de los descubrimientos fueron los restaurantes Samira, Cappella y Graciosa. Ahí conocimos a Pedro, Araceli, Marisel, Khadi, Gabriela, Candela, Africa... Y también al chico italiano del Cappella del cual no recuerdo el nombre! Enormes profesionales que supieron ayudarnos en todo momento resolviendonos dudas y haciéndonos recomendaciones sobre los platos. Aquí también quiero felicitar al equipo de cocina, el último plato que comimos fue el arroz de marisco de La Graciosa, felicidades a la cocinera! Quisiera hacer mención a los y a las profesionales que trabajan en el Malva. Ellos no tienen la opción de interactuar tanto con los huéspedes como en el resto de restaurantes pero que a nadie se le olvide que la comida no se prepara ni se sirve sola ;) Por otro lado, una de las cosas que descubrimos en este hotel son las actividades de animación. En nuestro caso hicimos el taller de vidroio y el Mojo Experience, enhorabuena al equipo de animación. Y finalmente, agradecer al personal de limpieza, siempre atento y dispuesto. Gracias Encarna y María Teresa por vuestra profesionalidad. Me dejo a mucha gente, así que nos guardamos el derecho a volver! Gracias por hacer que esta experiencia haya sido tan especial!”

“Un lugar único, donde poder descansar y relajarse por completo. Nos alojamos en la zona The Reserve, zona solo para Adultos, es un lugar donde se desconecta a un nivel que uno se olvida del día en el que vive. Instalaciones perfectas, gastronomía de alto nivel en todos los espacios, un lujo de vacaciones para poder disfrutar. Todo lo que se diga a mayores es incidir en lo bueno que es este hotel. Siempre hay algo que mejorar, pero en el caso de este hotel son tan pocas e insignificantes cosas, que se olvidan rápido”

“Segunda vez que venimos y repitiríamos con los ojos cerrados, desde el atendimiento de los trabajadores, en especial de Candelaria la camarera que nos atendía en la zona premium en el desayuno y almuerzo, espectacular, atenta en todo momento, cualquier duda intentaba resolverla aunque no fuera trabajo suyo, pendiente de cada detalle, un amor🤗 hizo que nos agradara aun más la experiencia en el hotel, también una chica en la cena con el pelo castaño claro (no me pude quedar con el nombre perdon) atenta también que hasta por un día mi hermana y yo nos tuvimos que poner en la zona donde estaba el buffet porque teníamos prisa para ir a un evento y se dio cuenta y estuvo atenta en todo momento para que no nos faltara de nada y la atención de Jonay en la recepción el día del check-in que de 10. El personal en general una maravilla, la limpieza de las habitaciones y el trato en todo momento, la cercanía, el que hubieran juegos canarios y comida típica de aquí, y todo muy rico; hicieron sin duda de nuestra experiencia en los 4 días que estuvimos fenomenal. Nosotros escogimos la suit premium y vale 200% la pena sea la época que sea, vayas ya sea solo en pareja o en familia, gracias de verdad repetiremos de nuevo ❤️”

“Hola!!!! Hemos pasado unos dias inolvidables, no hay palabras para describir todo lo vivido. El hotel es un lugar impresionante, colmado de lugares increibles y maravillosos, es como estar en un paraiso. Todo de matricula de honor. A destacar el personal increiblemente amable, destacando en el comedor el oasis la profesionalidad, buen trato y amabilidad de Roberta, Maria José, Gladis y Beatriz Vega, Destacar tambien a Gabriela y Gisella del restaurante Nami. No puedo dejarme a Ambar del taller de joyas por la tarde tan estupenda que hemos pasado y que nos ha hecho sentirnos muy capaces de confeccionar unos collares increibles. Gracias. Volveremos”
