“Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Meliá Laguna Beach Resort auf Sal. Besonders die Hotelanlage hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist weitläufig, gepflegt und mit vielen Palmen wunderschön angelegt. Die verschiedenen Pools laden zum Entspannen ein und die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weniger zufrieden waren wir allerdings mit dem Service an der Rezeption. Reservierungen für die À la carte Restaurants können ausschließlich zwischen 10:00 und 17:00 Uhr vorgenommen werden, also genau in dem Zeitraum, in dem viele Gäste auf Ausflügen unterwegs sind. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin war das Personal leider auch nicht bereit, unsere Reservierungswünsche aufzunehmen oder eine alternative Lösung anzubieten. Das fanden wir unnötig unflexibel. Das Buffet war insgesamt abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich völlig in Ordnung. Die Getränke waren ebenfalls okay. Man merkt allerdings, dass es sich um ein All Inclusive Angebot handelt. Viele Cocktails schmecken recht ähnlich und wirken etwas verwässert. Für einen entspannten Urlaub ist das aber völlig ausreichend. Etwas störend empfanden wir den Service im Buffetrestaurant. Die Kellner waren zwar sehr aufmerksam und räumten leere Teller sofort ab, allerdings wirkte das mit der Zeit fast schon hektisch. Während einer Mahlzeit wurden wir mehrfach gefragt, ob wir bereits fertig seien. Die gute Absicht dahinter ist zwar erkennbar, dennoch entstand dadurch eher eine unruhige und gestresste Atmosphäre, anstatt das Essen in Ruhe genießen zu können. Leider hat uns auch der Strand enttäuscht. Die Liegen befinden sich so weit vom Wasser entfernt, dass man das Meer von dort teilweise gar nicht sehen kann, da eine Sanderhebung die Sicht versperrt. Wer sich darauf freut, direkt am Strand zu liegen und den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen, sollte das wissen. Auch das Fitnessstudio entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es sieht in der Realität nicht annähernd so aus wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Die Ausstattung ist eher überschaubar und teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Wer im Urlaub regelmäßig trainieren möchte, sollte sich davon nicht zu viel versprechen. Insgesamt überwiegen für uns dennoch die positiven Eindrücke. Das Resort punktet vor allem mit seiner schönen Anlage, den gepflegten Pools, den gut ausgestatteten Zimmern und dem freundlichen Personal. Gleichzeitig gibt es in einigen Bereichen noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Trotz der genannten Kritikpunkte hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Resort grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.”See hotel

“Experiencia bastante buena quitando algunos detalles con respecto al servicio de habitaciones y las reservas en restaurantes para las cenas (hubo en 2 de 3 sitios que no pudimos hacerlo). Personal muy servicial y amable. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es la actividad de aquagym 💦 Todos los monitores son geniales y se notaba muy buen rollo entre ellos y con una actitud súper positiva. “Estive no Sol Dunas com o meu marido e dois filhos, 7 dias. Estadia fantástica, limpeza do quarto sempre feita diariamente, O buffet sempre com muita variedade em todas as refeições. Em relação ao espaço exterior do hotel, muitas piscinas, e algumas delas preparadas para crianças de todas as idades, Os bares exteriores sempre com bebidas disponíveis, Só acho que todos os bares que servem bebidas deviam de servir tambem alguns snacks, pois tinhamos que nos dirigir a outro bar para ir buscar comer a tarde.
