“The hotel is undoubtedly beautiful, with stunning outdoor areas and a great overall design. Unfortunately, despite these positive aspects, my stay was disappointing in several ways. The elevators were consistently overcrowded and took an unreasonably long time to arrive, which became frustrating throughout our stay. I was also disappointed with the service at the bar. One of the bartenders was consistently unfriendly and, on several occasions, came across as rude when speaking to guests. This is not the level of hospitality I would expect. The most serious issue, however, was the repeated power and water outages. Over two consecutive days, there were multiple interruptions to both electricity and water. On one occasion, the power went out while my young daughter was taking a shower, leaving her frightened and distressed. This was an unacceptable experience, especially for a family on holiday. I chose this hotel because I expected the high standards associated with the Meliá brand. Considering the amount I paid for our stay, I did not expect to experience repeated utility failures or service issues of this nature. Overall, while the hotel has great potential thanks to its facilities and location, the operational problems significantly affected our experience. I sincerely hope these issues are addressed, as they fall well below the standard I expected from a hotel in this category.”See hotel

“Obiteljski hotel koji u sklopu ima zabavni park i dječju igraonicu. Mi smo imali all inclusive ponudu. Hrana je raznovrsna, puno voća,povrća,slastica…možda malo da prilagodite djeci menu jer ste ipak obiteljski hotel. Ima pomfrit, sladoled,tijesto…ali fali puding,vise keksa,za manju djecu miksana hrana. Bazen je dosta veliki i ima dosta ležaljki. Kraj hotela imate Aldi i dosta ducana. Plaža je na 5-10minuta hoda. Osoblje je ljubazno i profesionalno. Sobe su ok, mi smo bili u sobi bez balkona, pa nismo imali dosta mjesta. Preporucila bih svakako ovaj hotel.”See hotel

“Tuvimos un pequeño percance en nuestra llegada, pero hablando con Elisabeth (guest experience) todo se solucionó de la mejor manera posible, por lo que estamos muy agradecidos. Las ubicación es perfecta, a 3 minutos andando de la playa de Palma Nova, cerca del aeropuerto y de Palma de Mallorca. El personal muy amable y siempre con ganas de poner las cosas fáciles a los clientes. La comida bastante buena también, y el equipo de animación muy bueno.
