Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort

Không gian resort thì đẹp, rộng, nhiều cây xanh, rất chill. Biển sạch, gần, phòng ốc cũng xịn, sạch sẽ, ở khá thích. Hồ bơi rộng, sống ảo đẹp, nói chung phần cơ sở vật chất thì không có gì để chê. Nhưng điểm trừ là dịch vụ chưa đồng đều. Buổi sáng mình đi ăn buffet, lúc gọi phở thì gặp một chị nhân viên thái độ khá khó chịu. Kiểu đang phục vụ mình mà mặt không vui, làm cho có, xong quay qua khách nước ngoài thì lại cười nói rất niềm nở. Không phải tất cả nhân viên đều vậy, nhưng trải nghiệm đó khá mất thiện cảm.Buổi tối tụi mình đi ăn ngoài về, do phòng hơi xa nên có gọi xe điện để di chuyển trong resort. Mà đúng luôn cái anh lái xe điện đó thái độ cũng không ổn, nói chuyện khó chịu. Trùng hợp là lúc tụi mình thuê vợt tennis cũng gặp đúng anh này, và vẫn là thái độ không ok.

Enjoyed my 6 night stay in the oceanfront villa. My children fell in love with this resort and are begging for another stay Accommodation: The villa itself was very nice, modern, clean, and up to date. We enjoyed being oceanfront rather than beachfront. We still had a great view, privacy, and easy beach access. 2 bikes were included and made it easy to access the resort. Food: All food and drinks were amazing. We enjoyed Breeza and Gaia pool bar daily. Huge thanks to waitress Tuyen and bartender Hua. Their kindness was welcoming. I loved the breakfast buffet at Sasa, great options. Activities: as all inclusive guests, there were so many activities we got to do for free like cooking class, mixology class and more. Worth every penny and kid friendly. Spa: was disappointed the spa was under construction and wish that was made known beforehand as there’s a big push for wellness at the resort. We got massages in the dedicated spa replacement villas and although the massages were good, would have rather had the full spa experience Housekeeping did a great job with their turn down service and daily cleaning. All staff around the resort treated us so well we are considering a return trip soon. Used private transportation and the 2.5-3hr drive is exhausting but the drivers did their best to move us through the city. My two complaints are outside the resort which was the Vung Tau tour + Hamptons peir. The tour was just not that fun and seemed a bit rushed. Would prefer other guided sights to be included to see in Vung Tau instead of the monument that was closed/difficult to climb in the 90degree heat and the museum that was quick and small. The pier was deserted with many up and coming shops but really nothing to do there/not worth the walk. Overall great resort for a luxury experience.

Khu nghỉ dưỡng đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ và view đẹp. Lễ tân linh động cho check in sớm, có xe bus từ HCM thuận tiện. Đồ ăn ở các nhà hàng đều ngon và đa dạng. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên ở nhà hàng buffet sáng không thân thiện và nhiệt tình lắm. Đặc biệt khi chồng mình ra hỏi 1 bạn nữ xin lấy cái thìa để ăn phở thì bạn trả lời đã set up ở bàn rồi mà, sau đó đi lấy đưa cho chồng mình nhưng không nói năng gì luôn. Tổng thể thì mình vẫn đánh giá 5 sao. Nhưng trải nghiệm dịch vụ nói chung thì cũng chưa thật sự hài lòng lắm.

Our family of four adults signed up every morning at the hotel reception for Tai Chi, Yoga, and Stretching classes at the Melia hotel. The sessions were led alternately by two instructors, both of whom demonstrated a high level of professionalism in these practices. We would especially like to highlight instructor Tihn. He showed exceptional attention to each participant, carefully correcting movements, explaining techniques, and demonstrating exercises until everyone understood and performed them correctly. The sessions were not limited to the scheduled 30 minutes and often lasted a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that Tihn genuinely enjoyed what he was doing and took great satisfaction in seeing the group benefit from and enjoy the classes. As a result, we not only improved physically but also left each session with a great mood and a sense of well-being. Thank you very much for these wonderful classes!
