Somos Yamila y Juan Pablo, estuvimos hasta hoy unos 6 días en una villa estupenda y queremos compartir nuestra maravillosa experiencia en el hotel Paradisus en el área Reserve. Desde el primer momento nos recibieron estupendamente las señoritas de la recepción, destacando la amabilidad de Karen que nos hizo el check in junto con Ángela, muy profesionales y con una sonrisa las dos, así como la guest experience Paula, que nos hizo un mini tour hasta nuestra villa y fue muy dulce y simpática también. La villa es una pasada con todo tipo de amenities y cada día teníamos un detalle fruto del gran equipo que tienen de Guest Experience que hemos conocido ademas de Paula, a Priscila una chica estupenda que además compartimos tradiciones ya que soy argentina y ella uruguaya, maravillosa persona. Las instalaciones siempre impolutas, el personal de mantenimiento y limpieza hacen un gran trabajo digno de mención. Así como el personal que dedica tiempo a retocar, limpiar la villa y la piscina o traernos el desayuno, servicio que teníamos incluido, siempre con una sonrisa honesta, nada forzada. Me gusta destacar esto porque veo y se transmite mucha armonía en el personal, así como el de animación que siempre están pendientes y son amables y cordiales, sin olvidar a Rayco del equipo de Circle que también tuvimos buenos encuentros con él y fue muy atento. La calidad de la comida, el servicio y la variedad es estupenda y es algo a destacar también. Los camareros de todos los restaurantes nos sorprendieron gratamente, Kathy y África siempre atendiendo con cariño, coincidimos con ellas varias veces y fue un verdadero placer, son muy buenas! Delgado y su equipo en el restaurante de Reserve, fabulosa atención, transmite alegría así como Pérez en Shack, que nos sirvió unos ricos cócteles y lleva muchos años en el hotel, eso es buena señal. El restaurante La Graciosa, fabulosas vistas para comer y las camareras muy guapas y simpáticas todas ellas. El restaurante Malva, un buffet que nos sorprendió por su variedad, calidad, presentación y frescura, todo bien atendido además, sin perder detalle y atención siendo un buffet. Probamos el restaurante Samira y nos encantó también, el chico colombiano, (no recordamos su nombre,sorry) siempre con un trato y educación exquisita, nos atendió de 10, así como el chico italiano de Turín en el restaurante Capello fabuloso... Son tantas personas las que destacaríamos y eso que fueron 6 días! Gracias a todos y a todo el quipo que está detrás de bambalinas por hacer una experiencia memorable para los huéspedes del hotel, nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones. The facilities were always spotless, and the maintenance and cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The staff who took the time to touch up and clean the villa and pool, or bring us breakfast (which was included in our package), always had a genuine, heartfelt smile. I want to highlight this because I see and feel a great sense of harmony among the staff, as well as the entertainment team, who are always attentive, kind, and friendly. I also want to mention Rayco from the Circle team; we had some great encounters with him, and he was very attentive. The quality of the food, the service, and the variety are superb, which is also worth mentioning. The waiters in all the restaurants pleasantly surprised us. Kathy and África always served with warmth and care; we met them several times, and it was a real pleasure. They are excellent! Delgado and his team at the Reserve restaurant provided fabulous service and radiated joy, as did Pérez at Shack, who served us delicious cocktails and has been with the hotel for many years, which is a good sign. The La Graciosa restaurant offers fabulous views for dining, and the waitresses are all very attractive and friendly. The Malva restaurant's buffet surprised us with its variety, quality, presentation, and freshness. Everything was well-served, with no detail overlooked, even though it was a buffet. We tried the Samira restaurant and loved it too. The Colombian guy (we don't remember his name, sorry) was always incredibly polite and courteous; he served us wonderfully, as did the Italian guy from Turin at the fabulous Capello restaurant. There are so many people we could mention, and we were only there for six days! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote sehr genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter auf der gesamten Anlage. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Auch das Essensbuffet hat uns überzeugt – abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die inkludierten Kurse, an denen wir teilgenommen haben, wie der Pilates- und der Cocktailkurs. Beide waren hervorragend organisiert und haben großen Spaß gemacht.

El hotel es precioso y muy bien ubicado con acceso a playas muy bonitas. Pero sin duda lo más INCREIBLE son estas dos cosas: 1) el personal tan amable y servicial, con una sonrisa por parte de absolutamente todo el equipo de animación, restaurantes, buffet, cocina, mantenimiento, recepción…siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos. 2) la calidad de la gastronomía, está muy por encima de la media de cualquier hotel de lujo con todo incluido.
