Ubicato in posizione privilegiata sulla spiaggia di Palmanova e frutto della collaborazione con Rafa Nadal, questo hotel promette una vacanza indimenticabile nella splendida cornice delle idilliache Isole Baleari.

“One of the things that truly sets this hotel apart from many others we’ve stayed at is the exceptional service and attention to detail. Every single staff member be it the people who greet you when you arrive to the restaurant staff, and lifeguards seem genuinely committed to making guests happy. It’s clear that the entire hotel is trained to delight its customers. We were traveling with our two children, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay especially memorable. They surprised them with small touches they knew they would love. (a disposable camera, a cute stuffed animal, and other little trinkets that brought them so much joy) These gestures made our children feel like they were the guests of honor. This may not be a Four Seasons or a St. Regis, but in my opinion, the level of service is absolutely at that level. The hotel itself is thoughtfully designed and decorated, with a lot of attention to detail throughout the rooms and common areas. You can still tell it was an older property that was renovated, but everything feels intentional and well curated. The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise. The food was genuinely delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic, with a DJ playing exactly the right kind of music from the afternoon into the evening. I was actually surprised that the restaurant wasn’t busier because both the food and the setting were excellent. Palmanova itself probably isn’t a destination I would specifically choose to return to, simply because Mallorca has so many other beautiful places to explore. But if you are choosing this area for your vacation, this is the hotel you should stay at. The service, thoughtfulness, and genuine attention to guests are what we’ll remember most.”

“I stayed at Zel Mallorca for 8 nights between 29th August and 6th of September 26. Overall experience was very positive but of course there were some things that stood out and others that need improvements. Positives - Breakfast: Being a 4* I have to say the quality of breakfast is pretty high: lots of options for sweet, savoury and fruit. Very aesthetic and well presented. - Rooms: quite curated and aesthetic, with a wide balcony. They kindly upgraded our room to a much better one, because we were smelling intense smoke coming from the bathroom. Well done on that. - Vibe: generally everyone is pretty relaxed in the hotel and they allow guests to choose whether to get in from the beach or the main road. I really enjoyed the walkability. Points To Improve - Service: waiters at breakfast are really not up to the standards of rest of the hotel. They speak little or no English and hardly answer when you ask simple questions. Also their attitude and look should be improved. Insufficient to me. - Pools: the hotel has 2 pools, both veeery small and one of them is basically shared with Beso beach club so external people can join. I really disliked how crowded it gets in the weekends. Totally insufficient. - Activities: Zel is advertised as a wellness hotel but range of activities is really limited: Pilates and barre mainly attract “fake influencers” women, going there to show off. Offer for gentlemen is really poor or non existent. This was pretty disappointing considering the price tag of the hotel. You need to work much more on wellness entertainment and enlarge the gym. I generally enjoyed my stay, but I would not come back because (in my opinion) the hotel applies a big premium on the price tag, that cannot be explained neither by the service quality nor the variety of activities.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Zel auf Mallorca und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet – eine wirklich tolle Auswahl und qualitativ sehr gut. Wir hatten außerdem ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Strand, was einfach traumhaft schön war. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top und sehr zentral. Viele Dinge konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war für uns das Parken, da die Parkmöglichkeiten leider relativ teuer waren und es in der näheren Umgebung kaum gute kostenlose Alternativen gab. Abgesehen davon ein richtig tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können.”
