“A truly unforgettable experience. The mountain views from the Retreat are stunning, we didn't miss the beach. The whole complex is picturesque, with stone clad walls, charming sculptures and landscaping. Our room was larger than our first flat, and always kept to a pristine standard, thanks to the extremely professional housekeeping team. All staff, from start to finish were nothing short of excellent. By the end of your stay they know exactly what you want before you know you want it. Special thanks for accommodating our Vegan food requests, and keeping us guessing with amazing options, and surprise starters! A massive thanks to Pedro/Perro/Peter who upon learning we were left stranded in town, having being let down by our Taxi, came to rescue us, off the clock, in their own free time. Bring mosquito spray, and have an incredible stay.”

“El hotel es hermoso, la zona es única. Es verdad que no es el mejor camino para llegar, pero en mi coche que es bastante antiguo pudimos llegar bien. Nos dejaron entrar mas temprano a nuestra habitacion, y el dia de la salida nos dejaron irnos mas tarde. La zona de piscina y spa es un paraiso, la cena deliciosa y el desayuno con el sonido de la naturaleza se disfruta mucho. Es especial para salir de la rutina y descansar, esperamos volver la temporada que viene!”

“What a lovely place! There is so much attention to little details, as well as a friendly staff, nice pool area with outdoor gym and you just feel so welcomed. A great place to relax and unwind!”

“I can't express how nice was the experience, I usually don't review but they really deserved 5 stars. Federica and the manager helped us feel home from the first instant giving us a tour of the home and hotel, the SPA and hot pool, the sauna... The place is fantastic It was a clear dream coming true, came with my girlfriend and as a creator I couldn't resist taking a few photos and videos. Spanish: No puedo expresar lo agradable que fue la experiencia. Normalmente no dejo reseñas, pero realmente se merecen 5 estrellas. Federica y el gerente nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer instante, dándonos un recorrido por la casa y el hotel, el SPA y la piscina caliente, la sauna... El lugar es fantástico. Fue un sueño hecho realidad. Vine con mi novia y, como creador, no pude resistirme a tomar algunas fotos y videos. German: Ich kann nicht in Worte fassen, wie schön die Erfahrung war. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber sie haben wirklich 5 Sterne verdient. Federica und der Manager haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, indem sie uns eine Tour durch das Haus und das Hotel, den SPA-Bereich und den heißen Pool, die Sauna gegeben haben... Der Ort ist fantastisch. Es war ein wahr gewordener Traum. Ich kam mit meiner Freundin und als Kreativer konnte ich nicht widerstehen, ein paar Fotos und Videos zu machen.”

“Ich würde es hier als einmalig beschreiben. Das Hotel erinnert in seiner Beschaffenheit einem gut restaurierten alten Bergdorf. Es liegt in einem Tal und somit herlich ruhig. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll Frühstücken tut man auf einer kuscheligen Terrasse oder auch drinnen. Ein schönes Restaurant und ein Tages Restaurant bieten tolles Essen zu wirklich angemessenen nicht überhöhten Preisen. Der Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad und einem beheizten Pool sollte man unbedingt genießen. Und der Vollständigheit halber noch gesagt es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und zur Anfahrt sei noch erwähnt: ja. Es ist eine Serpentinen Fahrt und die Straße ist keine deutsche Autobahn doch sie wurde ausgebessert und lässt sich gut fahren. Alles in allem war es hier eine unglaublich tolle und entspannte Woche. Ach, der Park ist auch für eine tolle kleine Wanderung gut.”

“Experiencia increíble y muy recomendable. El hotel es muy bonito y muy diferente a lo normal ya que cada habitación es diferente al ser como pequeñas casitas cada una. Las zonas comunes son muy agradables y rodeadas de un entorno increíble como es la tramontana.El desayuno y el restaurante a la carta Roots de 10. Por último, pero no menos importante es el equipo de trabajadores del.hotel que hacen que sea más que perfecta la estancia del cliente. Pude conocer y charlar con varios empleados desde el director que me pareció un gran profesional, como el equipo de recepción, camareros y equipo de limpieza destacando una persona (Mari Luz ) que transmite una pasión por su trabajo y por el servicio hacia el cliente que me encantó ya que hoy en día no es tan fácil encontrar personas así. Hotel muy recomendable para ir en cualquier época del año ya que dispone de spa para esos días en los que hace algo más de frío. Espero poder volver algún día para disfrutar tanto de nuevo.”

“Can’t fault this hotel. Lovely rooms, gorgeous views, and the staff went above and beyond to help us whenever needed. We had the junior suite and it was more than enough space. Very peaceful and the spa facilities were our favourite. The whole complex gave me Mama Mia vibes :)) very pretty would definitely recommend if you are hesitating. Do hire a car though, just makes the transport to and thro a lot easier.”

“Gerade wieder zurück in Deutschland, denken wir sehr gerne an unsere letzte Urlaubswoche auf Mallorca zurück. Das Ljs Ratxo hat uns unsere Urlaubswoche sehr gut versüßt. Das Team (zum Beispiel Daniel, den man alles fragen konnte, der Hotelchef, der jederzeit seine Gäste umsorgt hat – sogar eine Fahrt in den nächsten Ort mit einem seiner Mitarbeiter für uns organisiert hat, die nette Ansprache aller Mitarbeiter – zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit, die Sauberkeit der fleißigen Damen, die ebenfalls stets einen freundlichen Gruß auf den Lippen hatten… So könnten wir fortfahren…). Das Hotel ließ für uns keinen Wunsch offen, auch wenn es weit ab von einer nächsten Stadt gelegen ist, oder gerade deswegen, ist dieser Ort wirklich etwas zum absoluten Erholen. Nicht zu vergessen der traumhafte Infinitypool, der postkartenreife Erinnerungsfotos garantiert…”

“Mi estancia en el hotel Ratxo fue simplemente maravillosa. El equipo es encantador y muy profesional, te hacen sentir como en casa y hacen que la estancia sea inolvidable. Las sesiones de yoga por las mañanas son una excelente manera de comenzar el día en plena conexión con la naturaleza. La comida es exquisita, con productos frescos y de alta calidad, y algunos días incluso tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de música en directo durante la cena, lo que añadió un toque especial a la experiencia. El desayuno es excepcional, con productos locales que reflejan la riqueza de la zona. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.”

“Я не могу назвать это просто отелем, это целый природный мир , в котором сделано все для полного единения с природой , покормить диких коз или отведать свежий миндаль прямо с дерева. И само место награждает невероятными пейзажами и тишиной. То, что нужно для того, чтобы переключиться от рабочих будней и восстановиться. Большое спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля и ресторана!”

“Beautiful property, getting here is tricky but well worth it. The staff are amazing, friendly & hospitable. There is a nature park near that you have access to. This place is the definition of peace & tranquility. We only stayed one night to get a feel of it, as we have been staying in port towns for majority of our visit to Mallorca. The food has been great, the drinks great as well. The pool & spa are amazing, the grounds are beautifully kept. We did experience a power outage while sleeping, however, you are in the mountains so the temperature didn’t create an issue while the power was down, an added to the tranquility of the property. We would return for another, longer, tranquil stay. The villas are spectacular, everything I would expect from a Melia property. This is an ideal location for a true break from everything. Shoutout to the staff for making this an amazing visit for us.”

“Absolutely stunning hotel! Secluded, private, relaxing and romantic. Food and toiletries can improve. But overall amenities, pool, staff , spa are just perfect. It is really really far away… but worth the drive in. Make sure you go to near by Michelin star restaurant sa Clastra, which will blow your mind.”
