Excellent staff and very clean rooms. There have been some refurbishments which have significantly modernised the hallways and elevator.

Comfortable stay. Nice hotel and location. Room (596) was good but marks on walls and stain on bedsheet was noticed. Excellent breakfast and pleasant breakfast staff but cutlery isn't placed on tables after tables are cleaned which results in foraging for forks and knives. Simple thing to rectify. My wife and I availed of the Level experience. Not as good compared to Melia in Madrid. Less options and a lack of plates. Simple thing again affecting our experience. How are people supposed to eat without cutlery and plates?
