Albergo bello e personale gentile. All’apparenza tutto ok, se non fosse però che ci sono aree veramente sporche e impresentabili, le zone nascondeste alla vista immediata sono impresentabili per lo sporco e il lurido. Ad ogni piano c’è una zona ascensori de personale che è agghiacciante dallo sporco e dalla puzza. Mi domando se li è così come potranno mai essere le cucine….

Stayed here for over a month. The apartment was ok but outdated and needed a remodel. The elevators always took so long and were usually packed. The apartment had heavy doors to the kitchen and bedroom making it difficult to easily move around. The television and phone came broken when I came to the apartment and the front desk said they would send someone to fix it but never did. When I was checking in there was an error on their end and I ended up waiting 2+ hours in the lobby because they said that my reservation was cancelled. Unorganized staff, outdated apartments, keys would always break. Also the “kitchen” barely came with any supplies (sponge, dish soap, etc.) which made it hard to use the kitchen. If I had to do it again I would just stay in an Airbnb.

I recently reached out to Melia Whitehouse Apartments with plans to book a month-long stay. To ensure everything met my needs, I visited the property and met Nicole from the sales team. Nicole was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to tour me through the rooms, amenities, and the entire hotel's guest facilities. Her thorough walkthrough and discussions left me feeling confident and reassured. Thanks to Nicole's assistance, I've booked the hotel for a month and am looking forward to a relaxing stay. I am looking forward to meeting Nicole again in July when my stay begins.

Lovely rooms and very comfortable

Buena ubicación, habitaciones bonitas, mal servicio. Mejor un airbnb asi de mal. Mi esposa y yo somos fans de la cadena Melia, incluso nos casamos en uno. Sin embargo, el servicio en Londres es francamente malo y miren que uno puede entender cuando hay mucha gente o algo así, pero en este estan sobrados de personal pero no te pueden atender, no conocen sus procesos, no saben ejercer los puntos y NO SON AMABLES.
