“An absolutely amazing 5 star service, great food in all restaurants and breakfast buffet and outstanding decoration of the rooms and the hotel in general. The rooms have everything you would need and offer nice little gifts for your reception. Everyone working at this hotel always have smiles on their faces and are always ready to help you out with anything. The placement is just perfect, even if you come by car. The spa is really relaxing and offers many different products. It's close to everything and easy accessible. I really hope this hotel keeps it's high standards. Price/quality is perfect for a 5 star hotel. Most definitely coming back!!”

Danilo @ reception was also outstanding ! He checked us in and explained everything with utmost patience. Next up was Giulia who felt like our own private butler ; she took care on our every need and whim with a beautiful smile and positivity. “Possibly the best customer service I've experienced at any hotel worldwide. Puts the Burj Al Arab to shame! They seem to have more staff than guests, and maybe that's the reason they can offer such great service with a smile. Even the cleaners are polite, well mannered, and do a superb job. The hotel is located in a perfect position to take advantage of Duomo di Milano, and the shops. Thanks Tommaso for making it special, we will be back again :)”

“Location was the highlight of this property. You can walk everywhere within a reasonable distance from the location of this hotel. Loved the top floor restaurant and rooftop as well - charming and quiet even in the middle of the city. Francisca was wonderful and went over the top to make me feel at home during my stay. Rooms were clean & spacious with gorgeous city views.”

“Ideal location for a visit to Milan—steps away from Duomo, Galleria, La Scala, etc. Beautiful room, excellent spa, lots of thoughtful freebies like a box full of pastries when we arrived. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and service was amazing—they genuinely cared about ensuring we made our train and personally saw to it that we got a taxi during a very busy morning in Milan (there was a half-marathon going on as we were departing). “I can’t say enough about our experience here. Traveling with an 8 month old can be challenging and the staff took incredible care of us. From setting up a play piano in the room for our son, to following up first thing in the morning regarding questions I had the night before, every detail has been remembered and unexpected surprises for our son have been a welcome comfort while away from home. The property is beautiful but the staff makes this place 5 star. One of our most memorable experiences yet. Will be back!”

“Start to to finish impeccable. The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful. Every meme we of their team was a 10/10. Rooftop terrace is a must do. Some of the largest rooms in Europe. There was construction and Saif not only manger our luggage but walked us to our car service. I can recommend this hotel enough.”
