“We stayed at Palazzo Cordusio for a weekend in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring Milan. Our room was amazing—elegant, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, which made our stay feel very special. As it was Women’s Day during our visit, the hotel left a lovely card in the room along with complimentary wine, sandwiches, and cake, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The only small point for improvement would be the breakfast. As we often stay in high-end hotels, we had quite high expectations and felt the variety could be a little broader, and some of the pastries didn’t seem as fresh as we expected. That said, the atmosphere and service during breakfast were still very pleasant. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. A beautiful hotel with excellent service in a perfect location.”

The rooms have everything you would need and offer nice little gifts for your reception. Everyone working at this hotel always have smiles on their faces and are always ready to help you out with anything. The placement is just perfect, even if you come by car. The spa is really relaxing and offers many different products. It's close to everything and easy accessible. I really hope this hotel keeps it's high standards. Price/quality is perfect for a 5 star hotel. Most definitely coming back!!”

“Possibly the best customer service I've experienced at any hotel worldwide. Puts the Burj Al Arab to shame! They seem to have more staff than guests, and maybe that's the reason they can offer such great service with a smile. Even the cleaners are polite, well mannered, and do a superb job. The hotel is located in a perfect position to take advantage of Duomo di Milano, and the shops. Thanks Tommaso for making it special, we will be back again :)”

Loved the top floor restaurant and rooftop as well - charming and quiet even in the middle of the city. Francisca was wonderful and went over the top to make me feel at home during my stay. “No puedo opinar sobre sus instalaciones. Pero quise entrar para tomar algo en la cafetería del hotel,con mi hermana. El empleado que estaba en la puerta nos invitó a que mirásemos los precios, sin darnos opción a permitirnos la entrada. Nos juzgó por nuestro aspecto, que yo considero que no tiene nada de sospechoso, mi hermana es abogada y yo funcionaria, creo que podíamos permitirnos pagar una consumición, incluso hasta alojarnos en el hotel. El trato por parte de ese empleado fue humillante, discriminatorio y vejatorio. Esto ocurrió el día 6 de Diciembre 2025.”
