What a wonderful experience staying here amid very stressful travel days! Wound up here after a cancelled flight, and the team was such a breath of relief. Super clean, spacious rooms, nice amenities, great location by Milano Centrale. Special thanks to Davide and colleagues in the morning who were extremely helpful, pleasant, and kind, helping me with extending my stay, offering upgrades, and moving things around to accommodate not having to change rooms. Very very appreciated, you helped make stressful travel days into a pleasure :)

Pro: - Posizione comodissima; - Struttura nuova e ben arredata; - Camera spaziosa, con frigo bar con varie cose omaggio e ciabatte omaggio; - Condizionamento funzionante e silenzioso; - Ottima insonorizzazione; - Buona la colazione. - Personale molto gentile. Contro: - Avevamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale. Al check in ci dicono che hanno fatto un upgrade. Ci troviamo una stanza con due singoli separati. Chiamiamo la reception e non hanno disponibile per noi una matrimoniale. Lo trovo assurdo, visto che avevo prenotato mesi prima. - Nessuno sconto per il disagio. - Macchie sulle federe. - Non c'è un gancio comodo in bagno. - Non si può aprire la finestra per far cambiare aria. - I prodotti da bagno sono confezioni in plastica che vengono riempite solamente. Non monodose. - Carta igienica già iniziata. - Da italiana non adoro il wc separato dal bagno. - Colazione non adatta a esigenze particolari (celiachia, intolleranze ecc).

Fantastic. I have been a couple of times in Milan. We desire to try this hotel because we were coming by train this time. It was perfect, from the location to the rooms and what makes it even better it’s the service. Super kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Only spent one night here, but the hotel was everything we needed. It was clean, the shower was sufficient, the room was mid-size, and the check-in/check-out was simple and convenient. I also loved the infused water available in the lobby.
