The kidsdom staff is superior. They are so caring. My daughter loved every minute and wanted to go back each day just to spend time with them. So many activities, pool time, karaoke and dance parties. Amazing staff!!!

Overall a very nice and relaxing stay in beautiful Caribbean surroundings. We especially enjoyed the large pool and the different à la carte restaurants. We liked the lunch buffet at Serendipia better than the dinner buffet at Mosaico, as the variety and options are bigger. Overall, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Sometimes, however, it takes some time until you are being asked for drinks. The staff in the à la carte restaurants is great, e.g. our waiter Luis at Mar de Sal did a great job and made us feel truly welcome. The resort is beautifully designed and relatively huge. We were happy with our decision to stay in a beachside room. A shuttle service with little busses is provided - the problem is that it is not running often enough when it rains - as due to lacking drainage, large puddles of rain make it impossible to walk to the restaurants then, as they cover the whole street and can be quite deep. The resort is a bit older and especially the bathrooms could use some renovation, but in general it's well maintained. Unfortunately, the minibar is restocked separately and not through the housekeeping staff (who are doing a great job!) and ours was forgotten more than once, which was not that great. The resort could be a bit more eco-friendly by not using one-way-cups and spoons in the restaurants and bars, especially the pool bar.
