We had an amazing experience during our recent stay at the Desert Palm Melia Hotel in Dubai. The property is absolutely breathtaking, offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat away from the city's hustle. The amenities were top-notch, the rooms were immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service we received, especially from Nelson, a member of the staff who made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Nelson welcomed us with genuine warmth and a smile that instantly made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. During a conversation he said the team at the Desert Palm were very much a family, and we left feeling like a part of that family. Whether it was providing great recommendations, assisting with any requests, or just checking in to ensure we were having a wonderful time, Nelson’s dedication and kindness truly elevated our experience. His exceptional hospitality made a great hotel stay even better, and we can’t thank him enough! If you’re considering a stay in Dubai, I can’t recommend the Desert Palm Melia Hotel enough. Nous terminons notre séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique, où le personnel est au petit soin, les restaurants sont très bons, les mets variés et de qualité. Tout est propice au repos et à la détente. Je trouve juste qu un espace sans musique autour des piscines serait appréciable.
