The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Rooms are generally good and clean. Breakfast can be better, highly suggest to look for nearby breakfast place instead. Sometimes elevator takes some waiting. Swimming pool is on the small side but a 24 hr gym is a plus. Overall, i would return to stay again when i visit KL

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and experiencing the premium lounge, and it truly elevated my overall stay. The lounge itself is beautifully maintained, offering a calm and comfortable atmosphere—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done while enjoying a selection of refreshments. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Titu and Bruce were both incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my visits. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness and professionalism made the experience feel personal and memorable. Overall, the premium lounge is a fantastic addition to the stay, and the outstanding service from staff like Titu and Bruce makes it even more special. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elevated and enjoyable hotel experience.

Stayed in a 'Level' room on the 17th floor. The room was very clean thanks to Jabbar. The Level lounge is good and food excellent, you are limited to two alcoholic drinks per person per night, which was fine for us. The lounge wasn't busy, both Titu and Bruce were very attentive and quick to serve us. Breakfast is served in 'The Kitchen' and did feel a little chaotic at times but if you get up early it's quieter. One area which could be improved would be the WiFi speed, which was 10MB/s no matter where I tested it in the hotel. Location is great, with Imbi MRT station just out side the main entrance. Even on the 17th floor you do hear constant road noise, especially at night, but you are in a major city so I suppose you have to expect it.

First time staying at this hotel upon recommendation from family. Stayed at the LEVEL ROOM. Location & hotel are very good. Please keep up the good service and the cleanliness of the guest rooms. The air-con of the room could be upgraded as during midday the room will be feeling abit hot even though temperature are at 19 deg. The room Wi‑Fi are good. The room attendant, Jaabar, the Front Office team and bellboys are doing a great job. The breakfast are good except some dishes which are kind of abit salty. Will definitely stay again in the future.
