“Duży hotel, bardzo dużo pokoi. Sprzątnie codziennie, jedzenie ok. Brak informacji w pokoju od kiedy są śniadania itd. Największy minus za brak informacji o zajmowaniu leżaków kładąc ręcznik przed 9 rano. Proponuję wcześnie wyruszać na lezaki koło basenu bo później to można się położyć tylko w wodzie. “We had an absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and welcoming. Everyone was always smiling and helpful, which really made a difference. Unfortunately, this is not something you experience everywhere in Bulgaria, so it was especially nice to see here. The hotel has everything you could possibly need for a perfect family holiday. The entertainment and activities for children are excellent – our kids absolutely loved it! The food was also a big highlight. There is a great variety every day, with plenty of choices, and much of the food is freshly prepared right in front of you. Everything was very well organized and we genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay. I honestly cannot think of anything to complain about. We will definitely be coming back. “Byliśmy w hotelu pod koniec lipca, w składzie 2+1 (córka 11 lat). Ogólnie hotel oceniamy na mocne 4/5. 🍽️ Jedzenie – bardzo dobre i różnorodne, myślę, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. 📍 Lokalizacja – duży plus, blisko Deptak złote Piaski. 😊 Obsługa – wszyscy bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Duży plus za to, że nikt nie jest nachalny i nie oczekuje napiwków, jak czasami zdarza się w Turcji. 📶 Wi-Fi – działało tylko w lobby i najlepiej rano. Im więcej osób korzystało z sieci, tym bardziej była obciążona, więc z internetem bywało różnie. Na hotel przyjechaliśmy już o 6:00 rano. Opaski dostaliśmy od razu, dzięki czemu mogliśmy korzystać ze wszystkich hotelowych udogodnień już od rana. Pokój otrzymaliśmy przed 13:00, więc jak na tak wczesny przyjazd uważamy to za duży plus. Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Hotel ma swoje drobne minusy, ale zdecydowanie możemy go polecić. 😊”Voir l’hôtel

“Adult only hotel, small and very friendly. WiFi temperamental!! Lovely clean rooms. Friendly staff. Quieter side of Sunny Beach, which suited us fine. 10 minute walk to the Old Town, which was beautiful. Would definitely return. Al La Carte dinning was lovely as was food in main restaurant. “Семейство Михайлови (баба и дядо, деца и внуци, живеещи в Германия). Прекарахме една седмица в края на месец юли тази година. Ползвахме три стаи, тъй като семейството ни е голямо. Реалността надмина очакванията ни! Хотелът се на намира на самия плаж. Пясъкът е чист. Стаите са просторни, подредени, чисти и бельото се подменя своевременно. Храната вкусна , разнообразна и прясно приготвена. Освен основния ресторант има още три – български, италиански и рибен. Към хотела има два басейна – детски и за възрастни, аквапарк с различни водни пързалки и отново детски басейн.Шезлонги и чадъри покрай басейните и на плажа са предвидени за всички почиващи. Всяка вечер имаше различна програма и развлечения на обособена сцена и седящи места. За доброто настроение на гостите от всички възрастни се грижеха добре подготвени аниматори.Навсякъде добра организация, ред, усмивки, любезност и чистота . Това е издигнато в култ сред целия персонал – от директора, служителите на рецепция, аниматорите, в кухните и ресторантите, камериерките, спасителите на плажа , до последния човек работещ към хотела. Всичко това носи уют , спокойствие и удовлетворение, и не се усеща присъствието на многобройните гости. За всеки от трите поколения в семейството ни имаше по нещо, което ще ни направи отново гости на хотела и през следващите години! Ще препоръчаме на приятели! “Çocuklu aileler için çok uygun ve güzel vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir otel. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Yemekler oldukça lezzetli ve güzel. Sadece belirtmek istediğim şezlong problemi var. Herkes erken saatte kalkıp şezlonglara havlularını koyuyor ve boş bir şezlong bulmak neredeyse imkansız, bunu belirttiğimiz halde bir çözüm bulunamıyor. “Byłam w tym hotelu z mężem i córką w sierpniu 2026. Pobyt oceniam bardzo wysoko :) Jest to hotel typowo rodzinny i polecałabym go dla rodzin z dziećmi. Inne grupy mogłyby mieć zupełnie inny odbiór pobytu. Bułgaria w moim odczuciu nie jest spektakularna, ale udało nam się spędzić na prawdę udany urlop ze względu na wybór tego hotelu. Plusy: - jedzenie na głównej restauracji jest na prawdę dobre, zawsze dało się coś znaleźć i było dużo zdrowych opcji - ręczniki na plażę/baseny, które można było wymieniać każdego dnia - aquapark - bardzo fajny, można spędzić większość dnia - zejście na plażę bezpośrednio z hotelu - mega ważne jak się niesie ze sobą zabawki plażowe - animacje wieczorne - na niezłym poziomie jak na tego typu widowiska - położenie w dość spokojnej okolicy dla mnie jest plusem, ale jeśli ktoś woli jak coś się dzieje poza hotelem - nie jest to dla niego - bardzo szybki transfer z lotniska (ok 30 min) - pokój dla 3 osób wystarczający, było wszytsko co trzeba - karta do pokoju na opasce all inclusive - pierwszy raz widziałam takie rozwiązanie, a było rewelacyjne, w sumie można było wyjść z pokoju nie biorąc nic ze sobą Minusy, a raczej sugestie do poprawy: - na plaży bywało bardzo dużo glonów. Wiem, że sprzątaliście, ale przez dwa dni mojego pobytu nie dało się korzystać. Na szczęście niedaleko były alternatywy - jedzenie nie w głównej restauracji, a na terenie obiektów - średniej jakości, ale też nie dało się chodzić głodnym - dlaczego na głównej restauracji nie było miejsca aby swobodnie wziąć sobie następny widelec/nóż? Przeszkadzało mi to, szczególnie jak kelner zabierał moje sztućce zanim zdążyłam się zorientować - aquapark - było każdego dnia po 30 stopni a jednak baseny były zimne. Córka nie narzekała, ale ciężko mówić o pełnym komforcie użytkowania”Voir l’hôtel
