“About two weeks ago, we stayed at the hotel for five days. We arrived early in the morning, and to our delight, our rooms were ready much earlier than expected — just after we had breakfast. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with lots of color and attention to detail. It feels fresh and unique compared to many hotels that use mostly dark or neutral colors. Regarding the rooms, we stayed in a Loft room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, and it had everything we needed. Of course, our room was cleaned and tidied every day, and we never found anything missing. The staff also made sure to keep the minibar fully stocked throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful, clean, and has an amazing sea view. The water was a little cold, but that wasn’t a big issue. One thing the hotel should improve is the issue of guests reserving sunbeds early in the morning by leaving their belongings and then disappearing for hours. This leaves other guests with nowhere to sit. Regarding the service, it was truly above and beyond our expectations! From check-in to everything we needed during our stay, the staff were always happy to help. The best part of the service, however, was the waitresses at breakfast and especially by the pool, who provided truly excellent service. They were always smiling, friendly, pleasant, and very efficient. We have never received this level of service at a hotel pool before, and we have stayed at many very good hotels. Regarding the food, the breakfast was tasty and fresh. In my opinion, there could be a little more variety, but overall it was very enjoyable and delicious. For lunch by the pool, there is a large selection of dishes to choose from. Everything we ate for lunch was delicious except for the pasta with mussels. Everything else was really good, especially the smash burger and the chicken gyros. We also had dinner at the hotel once. The service in the evening was also above our expectations, with a waiter who clearly knew what he was doing and provided a truly high level of service. Unfortunately, the dinner itself was a little disappointing. We ordered lobster pasta, but the lobster had very little meat, and the pasta itself wasn’t particularly tasty. We also ordered a few other dishes that were okay. Unfortunately, some of the food arrived a little cold. I believe the kitchen may have forgotten to send the dishes out to the waiter, which also resulted in us waiting quite a long time for the main courses. Luckily, the excellent service we received made up for the disappointing food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service, room, pool, cleanliness, and overall maintenance are all at a very high standard. Without a doubt, we had a wonderful vacation, and I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Hotel nie daleko od lotniska, obsługa na wysokim poziomie, pokoje nowoczesne przestronne, Panie animatorki dbają o dobrą zabawę każdego dnia zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Restauracja ISLA serwuje bardzo dobrą kolację à la carte złożona z 10 pozycji, każda z nich jest na wysokim poziomie. Plaża czysta, bardzo dobrze zadbana z dużą dostępnością leżaków z parasolkami.”

“I can honestly say our stay exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness and overall maintenance was down to the continued hard working staff. No matter what time of day there was every effort made by the various teams to keep their designated areas pristine. All the staff were very polite and friendly. They went above and beyond with everybody. However, personally the pool bar staff We named them the 3 Amigo’s … Katarina, Savi and Costa. Were exceptional. Such lovely happy people. The food was amazing! Huge choice to cater for everyone. It was delicious and made from fresh top quality produce. The Greek meals were very authentic traditional and typically that you might find in Greek family home. Every service was so efficiently managed by the staff even peak times there was a table available. They all worked flat out to clear and clean ready for the next patrons. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 12 nights and met lost of people from various countries and not once did we hear other than praise and complaints about the food. It’s only a short journey to the Old Town which is worth several visits so much to be experienced. The only thing I could fault the location is that it’s quite a walk to find any other decent bars or restaurants. The couple near the hotel are not worth visiting. The little supermarket and gift shop near by were good though. The hotel though fairly large is run more like a family enterprise. All happy this must be due to the Management in particular Mr. Panayotis, who could be found at various times during the day laughing and joking with not only the customers but the staff. He would step in and lend a hand when needed and treated everybody equally and with the respect. Something unusual in such a large environment.”
