“Complexe magnifique, très propre, bien entretenu, villa spacieuse et confortable avec piscine privee (villa 3 chambres). Petit déjeuner extrêmement varié et délicieux. Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin, que ce soit les chauffeurs de tuktuk, les réceptionnistes (mention à Tracy qui a fait notre check in, adorable), toutes les personnes avec qui nous avons échangé de manière générale. Cetait l'endroit idéal pour se reposer au calme tout en profitant de la verdure, de la plage ou la piscine. Si j'en ai l'occasion j'y reviendrai certainement (Translated by Google) A magnificent, very clean, and well-maintained resort. The villa was spacious and comfortable with a private pool (3 bedrooms). The breakfast was extremely varied and delicious. The staff were lovely and attentive, from the tuk-tuk drivers and receptionists (a special mention to Tracy who checked us in – she was lovely) to everyone we interacted with. It was the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet while enjoying the greenery, the beach, or the pool. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return.”See more reviews

“4월 25일 푸꾸옥 도착 저녁식사후 멜리아에 저녁 8시쯤 도착 했습니다. 1층과 2층으로 룸이 3개인 풀빌라 였습니다. 1층에 있는 3번룸안에 화장실 좌변기 바로 위 환풍구 주변에서 1분에 한 두방울씩 물이 떨어져 불편을 감수하고 첫날밤을 보내고 2일차 아침에 룸메이드에게 3번룸 화장실 문제와 2번룸 샤워장 물이 내려가지 않는 문제를 해결 해 줄것을 요구 했습니다. 2일차 일정을 마치고 숙소에 도착하면 문제가 처리 되었을것을 기대하고 도착하니 떨어지는 물에 양이 1분에 15방울 정도로 더 많아 져 있었고 개선되지 않았습니다. 3일차 일정을 시작하며 또 다시 고쳐 줄것을 요구 했습니다. 3일차 저녁에도 3번룸 화장실 문제는 개선되지 않았습니다. 푸꾸옥에서 제일 좋은 5성급 풀빌라라고 하였지만 실제 써비스와 룸은 그렇지 못했습니다. 2일차와 3일차 화장실 문제와 대해 조치가 안되면 그런 이유를 고객에게 설명하고 이해를 구하는것이 타당 할텐데 변기위에 수건을 여러장 덮어 놓는 것으로 대처하는 태도는 극히 실망 스러웠습니다.”See more reviews
