Nuestra estancia en el Sol Príncipe ha sido simplemente espectacular, pero sin duda hay una persona que ha marcado la diferencia: Álvaro, uno de los recepcionistas. Desde el primer momento nos atendió con una sonrisa, cercanía y una profesionalidad impecable. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar, atento a cada detalle y haciendo que nos sintiéramos especiales en todo momento. Gracias a él, la experiencia ha sido aún más inolvidable. Es un auténtico lujo encontrar a personas así en un hotel, porque no solo hacen bien su trabajo, sino que lo hacen con cariño y dedicación. Great location, easy to get to from the airport, to and from Torremolinos, Malaga and anywhere else on the Renfe! The check in process was easy and smooth, the room was quite disappointing though. Only 1 available plug socket, a kettle with no mugs, tea & coffee etc. twin beds, not double and only news channels in English, no other English speaking TV channels, even though there are plenty of entertainment channels for German, Austrian and even an Uzbek channel! The room did have a fridge and a nice sized balcony though, the hotel was good size, breakfast had a million different options which was great, especially the omelette station. Drinks on site were very expensive, €20 for a beer and a Malibu and pineapple juice (about half price in local bars)! The hotel is very close to the beach, with a carrefour express and many restaurants outside and a Mercadona within a close walk. The back gate to the beach is very nice, however we were only told about the pool down here? Not the the 2 big ones at the front Staff were lovely and nothing was an issue, check out was a little busy, but staff were efficient processing people. We didn’t use any other facilities in site, and went out in the evenings, so not sure what events were like. Lastly, it was a shame the jacuzzis don’t work in the big pool and the 2nd restaurant and indoor pool was closed when visiting. I also wish you allowed evening swimming, as it’s so lovely and peaceful at that time Would I return, maybe? But there’s plenty of alternatives close by I think that I would rather try first

Buen hotel situado a pie de playa. Comida de buena calidad y variedad en el buffet. A destacar el trato cercano del personal, que hacen tu estancia más agradable. Mención especial a Mawi, Nuria, y al resto de compañeros del comedor, siempre atentos y recogiendo todo al momento. Muy amables y profesionales, desde recepción, restaurantes, animación y limpieza.
